Training Workshop

Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers and Barrington High School are pleased to sponsor an ImPACT Training Workshop with Christina Kunec, PsyD from the UPMC Concussion Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This workshop will offer medical professionals a full day of academic training on Sports Concussions, Sideline Evaluation, Return-to-Play Protocols, Interpreting the ImPACT Clinical Report, and Case Presentations. The workshop includes a 200 page workbook, lite continental breakfast, lunch and a completion certificate. CEUs are available for athletic trainers and all other professions will receive a certificate of attendance which may be turn in as a category II for CME credit. The venue location will be at the Leyden East High School, 3400 Rose Street, Franklin Park, IL 60131. To register please visit our website at: www.impacttest.com/training/workshops. Registration fees range from $200 to $300. If you have not seen or taken the ImPACT Test, please make sure you have taken the demo test prior to the workshop. Demo Test By taking the demo test this will help you follow along with Dr. Kunec as she is presenting the information throughout the day. Kindly submit questions you would like to be addressed during the workshop to kstrawniak@impacttest.com and we will try our best to answer your question during the workshop. Hotel accommodations can be made at either the Hampton Inn or the Candlewood Suites using the reservation code Accelerated. The negotiated rates range between $88 and $90 per night per room.
