Datacore Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is one of the fastest growing staff augmentation and software development companies with ISO 9001 Certification. It has almost more than 150 + employees working in their in house and more than 300+ strength working onsite. I am responsible for the Entire Functions of HR Department.
Joining and Induction: Administration of joining papers to the new joinees. Introducing the new joinees to the respective staff. Taking the new joinees to the project office. Induction program for new joinees. Employee Relations: Maintaining a harmonious work climate by meeting the employees regularly to understand their problems and solve them. Reporting the problems of the employees to the Employee Relations Team. General Administration. Maintaining the call list registers. Keeping track of the leave of the employees. Initial screening and validating the profiles based on qualification, years of experience, number of implementations, consistency in projects and team size.
