Joining and Induction: Administration of joining papers to the new joinees. Introducing the new joinees to the respective staff. Taking the new joinees to the project office. Induction program for new joinees. Employee Relations: Maintaining a harmonious work climate by meeting the employees regularly to understand their problems and solve them.
