Experienced ISEB qualified Senior Test Analyst with over 15 years testing experience in Financial, Retail, Telecoms and Utility sectors . A committed, versatile, energetic, organised and self motivated individual with the ability to motivate others, having had considerable experience with long term complex projects covering multiple operating platforms. ACHIEVEMENTS
Playing a significant role in the merger of two building societies, successfully transferring 1.6 million ex-Portman customer savings accounts onto Nationwide systems including the Internet bank operating systems resulting in a seamless transfer for all customers. Planning, creating and executing test scripts in various systems for Nationwides largest IT modernisation project. Using ISEB and V model concepts the integrity of the entire Nationwide portfolio was tested following conversion of UNISYS based accounts to SAP. The modernisation enabled customer account creation and activation times to be reduced. As test lead for Nationwide Verified by visa and rebranded Home Insurance project, used web based browser products, Internet Bank, PDA and SQL to successfully deliver full functionality on time and within budget saving Nationwide a significant sum of money by reducing online fraud and increasing home insurance sales.

 Used Websphere 5 to successfully implement a new EPOS touch screen and back office system for B&Q. The new system enabled B&Q to modernise their till system including chip and pin payments. Implementing a Virtualisation Desktop enabling centralisation of computing processing and replacement of a significant number of desktop and laptop PCs with terminal devices. This involved interacting with many 3rd parties. The adoption of this technology affords significant cost savings coupled with increased business agility and flexibility. Migration of various applications from Microsoft Windows XP to Window 7 throughout both the Retail and Admin office environments. This involved testing various systems across many platforms.
