ABOUT THIS PROGRAM This program will demonstrate a basic plan review of a single-family dwelling based on the provisions of the 2003 International Residential Code (IRC) and applicable state amendments. WHO SHOULD ATTEND Building Officials, inspectors, designers, design professionals, contractors, installers, skilled trade persons and other interested parties.

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM This program will demonstrate a plan review of a commercial strip center with multiple tenants and occupancies. This program will be based on the provisions of the 2003 International Building Code (IBC) and applicable state amendments. WHO SHOULD ATTEND Building Officials, inspectors, designers, design professionals, contractors, installers, skilled trade persons and other interested parties.
