Market Street / Maple Street / Clarkson Avenue Returnable in Potsdam Village Court on 10/11/2013 at 08:30am Officer observed a vehicle fail to turn as required at the intersection of Market Street and Elm Street. Officer attempted to initiate a traffic stop on Maple Street, however the vehicle continued driving until stopping on Clarkson University Campus. The above subject was identified as the operator and was found to only have a Driving Permit. Tickets issued for the above charges.
