Rule Title and citation: Workers’ compensation treatment parameter amendments; Minn. Rules, parts 5221.6020 to 5221.8900 The Department of Labor and Industry is considering adopting additional treatment parameters for Subject matter drugs commonly used to treat workers’ compensation injuries and long-term use of narcotic analgesics for enduring, intractable pain. Other amendments are also being considered, including updating definitions for traction technologies, electrical muscle stimulation and manual therapy modalities. Other updates and technical corrections to existing parameters will also be considered.
