Searching for the answer. Where? When? Why? How? Looking through my dreams. Check, check, check. Not there. Searching my memories. Check, check. Nothing. I feel It. I know It’s there waiting to be found. I know I see It every day. I know that I am It. But I can’t find It. I search for years. For my life. Where is It and why isn’t It easier to feel? Look deeper. Think basic. The basic connection. It whispers to my soul daily. “Move forward. Don’t look back. IT was so this would be. Don’t worry I’m here, I promise. I’m essential in progress. I AM existence. You hear me every day and cannot comprehend my message. Listen. Stop asking so many questions and Listen. I’m right here”. Thinking back on childhood, nothing and everything made sense. As the years pass and knowledge builds we become more confused. The levels twist and turn and tangle. I wonder do most wish for these years when it all seemed to make sense in the most illogical manner? When relationships and self images reflected something natural, something expected rather than something contrived. How do we re-trace these steps? How do we go back to that time when our lack of awareness led to our peaceful existence? How do we get back to the fundamentals of existence?
We must start at the basics. Basically, existence is layered in compact, entangled, detailed and confusing levels. So confusing that we spend most of our life just navigating these layers and yet so few of us understand the basics. This is the 1st step in the “real” 12 step program. The beginning. The basics are brought to us through our senses – through our souls. It is our central, definitive cause for existence. It is the 1st lesson of experience.
Even the vicious energy of gravity allows for it: progress in a positive and loving direction. This is, fundamentally, the answer to all of existence and experience. What more could there be. What else could logically explain the pure awesomeness of existence except that its purpose is to recreate in a positive and loving manner? The stage is just too massive. Too all encompassing. The possibilities are endless and they all point to what I will term pevolution – “positive evolution”.
I grew up in an atheist home. My mom used to point to her favorite item of the day and clearly state that believing in God was like believing that said object did not exist even though she could touch and even smell that item. It’s here, where is God? Show me him. (She asked me to show her God and I finally think I can give her some peace.) Before 10 years of age, I was considering the truest essence of existence. I knew my Mom was wrong in her understandings. She would tell me that you could not believe in the dinosaurs and in God and I would tell her yes you can. After years of contemplation, my answer now is of course you can. You have to. Both are true. Both are one. Everything is one, moving in the same direction with the source that began it all. This truth makes everything make sense. Man has created many stories to describe this from the beginning of our time. They come in the form of legends, myths and religions. My mom was so confused because she has been lost in one layer of existence. We have the intention to progress in a positive direction, and creationist stories help us do just that. They describe the way life came to be in a loving and constructive approach. They help people learn discipline and ethics. They have eased the affects of the advances of technology on the masses allowing knowledge to slowly make its impact on society rather than bombarding
it with outlandish new concepts. But they do not give us the basics. Nothing does but our soul. We are the basic element. The inside. Not the body. Not the mind. But the essence that is us. THIS is the truth. No coincidences. Nothing. The creative, progressive force would not be easily explained by literature and language (which defeats my writing, but these are the basics). The basics tell us that it is MUCH simpler than previously assumed. All there is is progression in a positive and loving direction. Everything else is of little to no significance.
You may be coming to the conclusion that what I just wrote is too bold. Just someone’s opinion, someone’s story on how it all began. I can accept that reality. I may be just as insane as suicidal religious extremists and this is all in fact my living opinion. (I’m open to all possibilities). If this is your 1st time reading these lines or experiencing these thoughts and this is the conclusion you come to, I will not be offended and wish you positive progression in your journey. But if you feel anything that was just read follow me down my journey. See through the eyes of one woman who has dedicated years of mental time to the understanding of existence. Read the entire book, your most influential chapter or just a few passages, but let your (bio) logical brain come with me – I promise I will return you safely.
Chapter - 1 - The Universe
How often do we star gaze? Nightly? Weekly? Ever? Do we consider the stars in our day? Or the sun in our nights? Do we let our brain imagine the possibilities? We know that the Universe is FORREAL. We know that our Sun really is a massive fire ball that is suspended in “space” and we understand that all stars like our Sun, positively progress to extinction and we have seen these stages. We know that at a nuclear level, everything consists of the 4 most basic elements and that these basic elements create existence, as we know it. We know that gravity is a force relative to that of magnetism in strength shaping and molding the matter surrounding it. But in all its power allows for air travel or more basic, jumping off of the ground. Humanity has reached these levels of understanding and yet still we allow the hours to confuse our mission. Time, our most trusted entity, gets in the way. People look for an explanation for time. We worry too much about these hours and what will happen as they pass. Life is made stressful through our misunderstandings of time. Man has obtained the skills to envision the possibilities of time. We are now theorizing the true possibility of time travel through warping our existence to connect us to other existences. Although we do not know to date if it is physically possible, we know that it is theoretically possible. Just like gravity was once “theoretically” possible, and yet always has been. Time is not the basic connecting source. We are not dependent upon time and yet we spend our aware existence thinking, worrying, stressing and planning our time. We are missing the basics. No matter the time, we must accept the natural truth in progressing through time in a positive and loving manner. We must accept that our progression is that of existence – of the stars, the planets and of the universe. When we
are “pevolving”, we are “pevolving” with the Universe, with existence. This is our truest purpose. This is the most basic understanding of existence in this universe. Those of us who have figured this out tend to attract positive, loving progression. Those of us who have not, tend to get lost in the Matrix; a matrix filled with lies, deceit, mistrust, confusion and most importantly mangled instructions on quality of existence. We are here to create anything. In our creation, no matter the level or the inspiration, we must do so in a positive, loving, progressive manner or we will question all of ourselves all of the time and aren’t we so over that? Let’s take a trip to the mind and soul and try to lay out a plan on adapting positive progression in ALL we do.
Chapter - 2 – The Self
Let’s think about our average day. We wake up and perform our morning rituals to include bathing, eating, exercising etc. Most of us then move to the outside world and labor in our chosen industry for ourselves and more than likely for someone else. We then return home to perform our nightly rituals before we prepare to rest and do it again the next day. Most of us get caught in this brutal cycle of existence. For the masses, survival is primary. It takes precedence over all luxuries. With this truth it would be extreme to question the time spent of a man who has limited access to food, water and shelter. He will work his entire life to survive. But even he needs the basics. Every individual has the basic duty to progress in a positive and loving manner. We work and work and are barely aware of our progress. Fortunately, man has taken the road of invention and technology. With these advances came the need for a strong and large work force. Enter us. We spend so many of our hours of awareness at work. The average American who works a regular 40 hour week will have worked 48,000 hours of their time by the age of 25, 67,200 hours by 35 and 86,400 hours by 45. For most of us, these hours are filled with stress, confusion, weakness and exhaustion. We perform like robots getting through to the next day. But what are we feeding our minds and souls during these “working years”? Do we wait until retirement to find peace of mind? Are we just waiting until we do not have to work any more? If so, we may feel like the years have been passing by in lighting speed. We may realize that we dread our day to day rituals and we may find peace of mind a very difficult place to rest in. So what’s missing? Where did we go wrong? Have our social/technical advances disconnected us from our originating source? Do the benefits of
theses inventions far outweigh the shortcomings? Are the sacrifices worth the internal suffrage? When looking at society at large, the answer would seem to be a strong NO. Let’s look at our days and see if we can figure out a more productive approach to this crazy system.
Good morning! How are we feeling today? This is one of the most significant questions we can pose as we come out of sleep. How are we feeling today? Right now? Can we tell ourselves the truth? When someone asks this question, can you tell them the truth? Do we really want to say, “Terrible – I’m stressed, overworked, underpaid. My dog is sick my bank account is low, my bills are late and I hate how I look today!” But we usually answer “fine how are you?” What is this? Why can’t we share our uneasiness with our friends and family? Why do we bottle it in? Do we know it is unnatural? Do we naturally reject these feelings, but cannot release them? Do we know that we are so much alike?
So how are we feeling? How do we look at ourselves? What do we see and how does that affect how we feel? Most of us are consumed with ourselves. Our hair, our love life, our problems. True apathy for other lives is an epidemic that the modern human must learn to defeat. We compare and contrast yet miss that doing so is a complete waste of our time, because the comparisons are meaningless. We are the same. We are taught from a very young age that “I am special”, different, unique. Life has quickly become focused on the individual and the differences in between man and woman, black and white, good and bad. We are taught to focus our lifetime of energy to feeling different from everything and everyone. We are being taught one of the
GREATEST lies of existence. The truest, loving, intellectual creating force is everything and everything is this source. So, on the most basic level there are no differences. Everything that is made naturally has the molecular intention to move forward in a positive and loving motion. This is where true peace rests and waits for your discovery.
When we wake we should 1st realize that this new day is the next opportunity to make it happen – whatever IT may be. We should be able to feel our oneness through peace with everything in our realm of existence. When we ask ourselves the question of the day (How are we feeling today?), our response should always be positive because we are positive. We are a positive progression, whether we have learned this or if we ever will. There should be no thought on any other feelings because they do not matter and only confuse us more. Oneness matters. Our progression matters. There are no coincidences. Our trails of “bad luck”, bad relationships, bad thoughts and difficult hours have led us to believe that our lives are worth “X” amount and so we are worth “X” amount. But there is no amount to count our worth. Not the number of cars, number of felonies, number of children or number of years. Our worth is invaluable. Our existence leads to new existence and so can never be judged. We are the creating force. We all are. Yet we go through our day judging others and most importantly ourselves. The old adage of “love thy self and then love another” is THE most valuable lesson of life. Most of us do not realize how easy peace and positive progression is and that it is our nature to be so. We get so caught up in the entanglement of the Matrix and end up learning negative mental and spiritual lessons and habits. We allow our brain to be in a constant state of static chaos and we feed the spirit a mixture of lies and deceit. We are poisoning ourselves and
getting further away from the truth. We must be re-taught how to progress in the natural way. We must learn to feed our souls with love. We must or we are doomed.
Chapter - 3 - The Body
The temple. The home. The progressive vehicle. The Body. How beautiful its construction is. All day. All night. It’s our means to express our progression – our existence in this universe. Life has so many options. Some that follow the path of the creating source and many that negate its existence. When it comes to the body, there are endless choices for what we do to/with it. Let’s talk.
Thinking back to elementary school, I remember the “food” they would serve us for lunch. Do you remember? It was questionable at best. In the 5th grade I worked in the lunch room and washed the dishes. I can still remember the smell. It’s ingrained in my memory. It was so distinct. So foul. Nothing like food. They wouldn’t teach us the truth and they knew it. They know it. Any logical mind can see the significance of the quality of the fuel that a vehicle needs. Would we fill up a Porsche with 87 octane fuel? Yeah, if we were broke and had to be a work in 15 mins and would loose our job if we were late one more time! It makes sense. Static chaos causes us to feel an unreal sense of urgency but leads to no action. This makes sense. If we spent our aware existence always creating in a positive manner, time would have a much different written history. But the truth is we are deeply poisoned. Why would they want sickness, disease, malnutrition and obesity? Is it difficult to sense? Beyond the obvious financial/power related motivation – let’s think – what about the number of healthy people? What if we all had access to the truth? What if from kindergarten they fed us with natural truth and natural fuel and taught us the fundamentals of healthy living? How would all of this work? How would the
Matrix continue with its detailed layers of confusion? How would these lies cause the hypocrisy that we live daily? It would make sense. The info cannot be distributed everywhere or to everyone because this would lead to the collapse of the most massive system of control ever created. If we only understood the magnitude of fuel – of what we do and think. If we could feel the weight of our power. Only we control what goes on inside and what goes inside. What are we eating? What are we drinking? Are we filling our cells with life or death? Are we progressing positively or just existing.
Human experience is based much on the outside. It makes sense. It’s what we deal with the most, or so we may think. Our minds and bodies never stop. The difference with the two is that the body is set in motion. At creation, our DNA decides how our body will work throughout the years. Of course we change this code by the many choices we make. Our internal self is set in the same type of motion but, has a history of existence, and the mental influences have a much greater affect. As babies, we are in our pure, natural state. Happiness and positive progression are innate in our existence. But as the mind progresses through the hours, it is pulled farther away from this natural state of being. We enter the Matrix and are taught how to navigate through our parents and other outside influences. But the lesson is patchy. For those of us with a moralistic upbringing we learn not to lie, cheat or steal. To be respectful and dependable. But we are trying to teach that which is inherent. We are not teaching what needs to be learned. Being righteous and positive is our natural state. It is the source. We do not need to learn how to be this way. Our internal self is always connected with our creating source. We just get so caught up. The external self, though, is our vehicle. This is where the lesson comes in. As we
reconnect to the source we must reconnect with our source, our temple. We must become totally aware of the fuel we are ingesting. We must accept that it is our responsibility and that it is necessary in positive progression and natural existence.
Chapter – 4 - The Experience
Ok. We see why it is necessary now. We see the natural path that we must take. Are we excited or worried? Probably a bit of both. Knowledge is exciting, and positive loving knowledge is natural. But we have been so poisoned that it is difficult to let our natural mind accept new truths. Our minds are lost in translation. I do not have all of the answers for you but I can tell you of my journey. Of my decisions that have lead to my reconnect. Hopefully you can then see how to medicate yourself to rid the poison that is being fed to you every second of every day and then turn, most importantly, to the next and help him.
For the past 11 years, I have been slowly, but surely, walking towards a more natural life. My mom was never very comfortable in the kitchen. We drank Kool-Aid all of my childhood, ate more processed foods than drank water and considered Mc Donald’s a true reward. Things were never in abundance because nothing was but we consumed what we could afford and what we could find. I remember hating the taste of water in elementary school and rarely drinking anything other than sugar water (later I learned that a bad taste from water is a sign of deep dehydration, who knew!). High school was my first experience with awareness of my true self. In the 9th grade, my high school basketball coach told us that drinking soda was like drinking cancer. I stopped that year, really that day. I also learned early in my high school years, that I no longer enjoyed fast food. I worked at Mc Donald’s in my sophomore year and had no issues with serving and working with the food. But I rarely ate it myself. I didn’t understand why I was making these changes yet, but I remember feeling it. When college began, I decided early on that
fast food was a thing of the past. I would spend more money on groceries than on social experiences, which is a bit backwards for most 20 something college students. But I knew, without really knowing, that I couldn’t eat it anymore. I carried my lunch to school. I went home in between classes to eat. I studied with the Africana Studies department and fortunately was introduced to the harsh realities of human history. Once I began to realize that the powers at be do not want progression for all, I accepted that I needed to review all layers of my existence to begin my self medication process. After graduation, I really started stripping those confusing layers. In the first year out, I adopted at least a 50% organic diet. I swapped my first product from unnatural to (mostly) natural (98% natural Burt Bee’s Bees Wax chap stick!). I cut red meat consumption down by at least 80%. I absorbed and talked and read and shared. Within the first three years out, I had given up all meat, refined wheat, most processed foods and most manmade chemicals. I have been conscious of this natural progression for over 10 years, and yet it has taken me 10 years to really start making the big changes. Of course this may not seem to be very encouraging to the next conscious mind on the brink of discovery. But this serves the exact opposite purpose. It took me 10+ years because I did not have access to the information before that. I stripped each layer because it felt right. I knew that I was making the right progression. But I am now sharing these experiences with you so that you can begin progress now. Now is the Time! What will be our next step? Will we align with the creating source or will we continue to just exist?
Unfortunately, we have been taught that in today’s world, most things are bad for us. We eat what we are fed. We accept it if it makes us sick, fat or cancerous and then when it
does we rush our precious resources to the nearest doctor or plastic surgeon to “fix” the problem by tucking, sucking or popping. Our trust is amazing. The truth is: not ALL things are bad for us! Period! And it is our responsibility to find these things. We may not want to give up meat or bread or chocolate. But be aware of the toxins in our meat, bread or chocolate and choose to use a product with fewer toxins and be aware of where these products originate from. We must take control of our power. Learn what we are consuming and where it is from. Realize that we are feeding our cells directly the fuel they need to reproduce and replenish our existence. Feed it wealth and health. Research the causes of cancer, diabetes and obesity. We must be real with our self and with our creator. Are we positively progressing or just existing? Do we want truth? Are all things really bad for us? Of course not. Start choosing those things that are not. Be logical and positive and the rest will come naturally. Do not follow the green movement because they tell us to. Understand that living a sustainable and natural life is inherent in progressing with our source. Accept that man has not taken the natural or positive path, and we must individually walk this road. It begins within. From here, all is possible. Then prepare to turn and share it with the next because It lives through the gift of love and progress. Are we ready? We always have been! Positive Movement!
