Description Tesco Insight & Marketing Manager Gatwick Up to £37,000 dependant on experience An exciting, new vacancy has arisen in our Gatwick office for Tesco Insight & Marketing Manager within st our 1 Choice sales team. The role is responsible for coordinating Dunnhumby insight and media plans and developing Tesco Customer Marketing Plan for Confectionery, Coffee and Food categories. Key part of the role is to develop strong working relationship with Tesco and Nestlé marketing teams. The role will also play a leading role in strengthening our digital presence in Tesco and developing our overall Tesco digital communication strategy. Key responsibilities of the role are to:      Develop Tesco shopper research to accelerate our knowledge of shoppers behaviour, within each channel and lead the implementation of these insights into business, category, brand and customer plans Develop a clear customer marketing plan to support and amplify key activities in the joint business plans Identify key stakeholders in the Tesco marketing and digital communications team and build strong relationship with them to support delivery of the customer marketing plan Deliver Retailer, Shopper and Channel understanding across Nestlé UK divisions to ensure Tesco’s plans and strategies are a key input into the annual planning process. Lead provision of Tesco shopper insight to Customer Business teams to support presentation of category/ segment plans

We’re looking for someone of Graduate calibre who has excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage projects and coordinate insight and customer marketing plans. Who is confident in communicating with key stakeholders in Tesco and build strong working relationships. The successful candidate must have the ability to analyse data and understand the implications to Nestlé and be confident in building relationships across the business. What can we offer in return?
