Food Vendor Application


Lakefest Food Vendors will be located off the street and next to the lake along Lakeshore Drive.
Lakefest will offer a variety of festival style items that complement the food options that are
offered by the local restaurants. Mobile and stationary food vending are acceptable. Expect to set
up between 8-9 AM on Saturday and 10-11 on Sunday, and tear down between 7-8 PM on the
each day.

Fees and Additional Information:


Fee per vendor: $150.00
Fees need to be paid to the City of Pine Lake before September 25, 2009 and are non-
refundable for accepted food vendors
Lakefest is a rain or shine event
Food vendors must adhere to DeKalb county board of health standards: Please see Food
code 290-5-14.09 Special Food Service Operations for specifics

Access to electricity is unavailable and generators are not allowed.
Vendors are responsible for proper safety and health precautions to protect participants,
City of Pine Lake, the public and the property of others.
The Festival is not liable for any loss or damage to any property or artwork/products of
Vendor resulting from fire, theft or any other cause.

By signing this application, I understand and accept that this constitutes a contract between
myself (the business) and the Pine Lake Lakefest 2009. I understand that my application will not
be considered complete, and therefore not evaluated, until payment is received.

Further, I/Vendor agree to indemnify, defend and forever save and hold harmless the Festival, its
affiliates, and related entities, and their respective parents, employees, representatives, tenants,
agents, contractors and volunteers, from and against any and all damages, claims, losses,
demands, costs, expenses (including attorneys, fees and costs), obligations, liens, liabilities,
actions and causes of action, threatened or actual, which any one of the indeminitees may suffer
or incur arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the art exhibit.
