FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Reservation - is Php30,000.00 for Summit/Alcove @ Ridgecrest. A House & lot package.


It's not refundable but is part of the downpayment. Buyer can transfer to another unit or
project or another person provided under same agent/developer. All payments made will be
duly credited in the new choosen unit/person. No penalty or walang mawawala sa
paymentprovided updated ang account at nasa downpayment period pa. Just pay

Php3,000.00 as transfer fee. Request approval may takes 1-2 weeks. Buyers will be
advised.

2. Monthly Downpayment - your first downpayment will start 30-45 days after you paid
your reservation. Hindi po sabay ang pagbabayad ng reservation at first downpayment.

3. Monthly Amortization - First monthly amortization start after you have fully paid the
downpayment. Hindi po magsasabay ang monthly downpayment at monthly amortization.

balance is thru individual Pag-ibig Financing, after full payment of downpayment/equity

7.) House Improvement - Developer only accepts deletion of tiles in Bathroom & Kitchen
countertop. Deletion charge is Php1,000.00. Letter of request must be sent before house
construction starts. Approval of request takes 2 weeks. Buyers will be informed. Buyer must
get outside contractor to do the improvement of their unit.

8.) House Construction - Starts 4 Mos. before Buyer's downpayment period end. By the
time Buyer has fully paid the downpayment and loan take out, house shall be almost
finished ready for inspection and turn-over within 3 mos.

9.) Additional Lot - Buyer can buy a house and lot and lot only for more space.

10.) Ready for Occupancy Units - there are now ready for occupancy houses (RFO).
Whenever there are ready houses, full payment of downpayment is required before Buyer
can transfer. Please take note that turn-over house has only cement finish flooring in all
floors. Buyer will shoulder the cost of tiles intallation.
