A 600 Crore group 100% cotton composite textile mill engaged in manufacturing and exporting of Fabrics
and ready-made garment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Accountable for Project Planning, scheduling, Scope Management, analysing, designing, implementing
training & Documentation.
• Managing resources and its planning & interacting with clients at all level.
• Ensuring optimum control & security of data, application and business process.
• Providing IT-solutions for smooth & optimum Business Process (Functional & Technical – H/w, S/w,

• Design and implemented point of Sales System for Retail Outlet (Own Show Rooms and Franchisee)
integrated with HO SCM System resulted in HO control over stock lying at various locations, resulting
in effective and timely replenishment of required stock to retail outlet, also helped in prevention of
excess stocking of merchandise.
• Developed and implemented Machine Scheduling System that helps in assuring delivery date.
• Designed and Implemented Clearing & Forwarding System, integrated with HO SCM System & Debtors
Management System. Implemented Dealer Management System – Target Assignment Monitoring and
Achievement, integrated with SCM system for monitoring Dealers sales performance.
• Developed Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Solution for Retail Sales Operations (No need for large
data processing).
• Developed and implemented Machine Scheduling System that helped in determining delivery date to promise.
• Developed Order and Production Management System to monitor and control optimal use of fabric for
cutting, and satisfy order requirements before placing orders for new purchase orders. This system
