HealthNet Briefs New Warrior Care Support Program: The Warrior Care Support Program provides health care guidance and counsel for severely injured or ill service members once an MTF makes the decision to transfer a patient to civilian care. Each service member will be assigned a “Health Care Coordinator,” who will ensure seamless transition throughout the treatment plan. The HealthNet Warrior Care Support Program officially launched in early August 2007. Log onto nmfa.org for more information.
