Make money, not excuses! This can be done if you follow the right strategic thought. Gates, Buffet, and Soros are billionaires because they apply superior money formulas. No doubt, some of them may have started off with lots of money. However, it is a prudent application of superior money formulas that has taken them where they are now!
Some of the strategic elements that the truly wealthy understand and follow are listed below: 1.Correct your first impression of money. Try to discover the spark that lights your ‘money conflagration’! Deep thinking about how your earliest memories of and impressions about money shaped your life can help you go to the root of things. You may have to ignite this spark before you can become skilled at attracting money. 2.Attract money. Obviously, before you succeed, you must WANT to succeed. Thus the first step is vital. Be a stock market star! Deciding to succeed is essential. Remember to STOP TALKING. START DOING. initiate and nurture a success-oriented set of instructions rather than a victim-oriented set of instructions. Thus ‘attracting money’ starts from a state of mind and you must consciously flip a switch in your mind from the ‘failure’ position to the ‘success’ position. One can also call it ‘overcoming psychological inertia’! 3.Progress is incremental. One step builds on another. There is great power in small, incremental first steps. Steve Jobs started from a garage and took progressive steps linked to each other. 4.Direction is vital. Progressive steps must be steady and in a decided direction. A step forward is a step forward and carries you closer to your goal. Do not discount the cumulative power of incremental, small steps forward in the decided direction. They add up into giant leaps over time. Imagine Steve Jobs making a computer and then deciding to diversify into manufacturing detergents! It is possible that he may now have given Henko some tachycardia, but APPLE would not be there. 5.The power of systems. Your body is a system. So is your mind. Language is a system. In general, any system is more powerful than no system. A system can be a lever that multiplies your power. Even when you study for an exam, you create your own study-system. Thus, if making money is your aim you must focus on creating a system that is structured to your own resources and inclinations. Wayward decisionmaking can, at best, give short-term benefits. 6.Learn superior money formulas from others or develop them yourself. This is an essential part of the power of systems.

is depositing a part of you in another person. It is as simple as that, no more and no less. This can be done with words just as much as it can be done with silence. It can be the written words and it can be the spoken words. Even the body knowingly and sometimes unknowingly, participates in this wonderful game. When the eyes say one thing, and the tongue another, a practiced man relies on the language of the first. Communication is a skill that you can learn. It's like riding a bicycle or typing. If you're willing to work at it, you can rapidly improve the quality of every part of your life. This is essential because all successful people are big dreamers. They imagine what their future could be, ideal in every respect, and then they work every day toward their distant vision, that goal or purpose. Their communication starts with their own selves … their own dreams. For good or ill, your conversation is your advertisement. Every time you open your mouth you let men look into your mind. Do they see it well An article on communication clothed, neat, business-wise? Will someone take a virtual walk and shake hands with your subliminal being? Talk is by far the most accessible of pleasures. It costs nothing in money, it is all profit, and it completes our schooling, founds and fosters our friendships, and can be enjoyed at any age and in almost any state of fitness. The art of conversation consist as much in listening politely, as in talking agreeably.

It is very easy to fall into the negative language pattern. Many of us do so without being aware of it, particularly in written communication. For example, it is not uncommon for organizations to write negatively phrased letters to customers & employees, and those it regulates. Take a look at the following typical negative memo. "We regret to inform you that we cannot process your application to register your business name, since you have neglected to provide sufficient information. Please com plete ALL sections of the attached form and return it to us." While it is polite (albeit, overly formal), it is also exceedingly negative. It includes several negative words -- cannot, and neglected, and it has a tone that suggests that the recipient is to blame for the problem. Contrast this example with a re-written & more positive approach. "Congratulations on your new business. To register your business name, we need some additional information. If you return the attached form, with highlighted areas filled in, we will be able to send you your business registration certificate within two weeks. We wish you success in your new endeavor."

Extremists think communication means agreeing with them. It must be that evil communications corrupt good dispositions. It is obvious that there is some truth in admitting that the careful application of terror is also a form of communication. But I must emphasize that as a man is, so he sees. As the eye is formed, such are its powers. The truth told with bad intent beats all the lies you can ever invent. People look at your communication BEHAVIOR. If it is confrontational, people will react negatively. If it is cooperative, even difficult people will be more likely to "work with you". You can save yourself a considerable time, aggravation and stress by learning how to use language in cooperative ways. Not only that, your organization is much more likely to recognize your ability, if you are a more cooperative sounding person. Learn to eliminate absolutes. Learn to eliminate blaming statements. Learn to eliminate command statements. Learn to eliminate mistrust statements, confrontational questions and non-responsiveness.

Note that the negative example tells the person what he or she has done wrong, and doesn't stress the positive things that can be done to remedy the problem. The information is all there, but it sounds bureaucratic, cold and...well, negative. The positive example sounds completely different, though it contains almost identical information. It has a more "upbeat" and helpful tone. Negative & Positive Language. Negative phrasing and language often have the following characteristics: Tells the recipient what cannot be done. Has a subtle tone of blame. Includes words like can't, won't, unable to, that tell the recipient what the sending agency cannot do. Does not stress positive actions that would be appropriate, or positive consequences. Positive phrasing and language have the following qualities: Tells the recipient what can be done. Suggests alternatives and choices available to the recipient. Sounds helpful and encouraging rather than bureaucratic. Stresses positive actions and positive consequences that can be anticipated. Your ability to communicate is an important tool in your pursuit of your goals, whether it is with your family, your co-workers or your clients and customers.
