Introduction of Research
3.1: Research:-
Research is a process of investigation. An examination of a
subject from different point of view is very important. It is not just a trip to
the library to pick up a stack of material ,or picking the first hits from a
computer search .Research is a hunt for the truth .selecting area that interest
you and following up on them .Research is the way you educate yourself

3.2: Type of research:-

3.2.1: Action Research:-

Is a methodology that combines action and research to examine
specific question, issue or phenomenon through observation and reflection
and deliberate intervention to improve practice.

3.2.2: Applied Research:-

Research is solve the problems rather than to acquire knowledge for
knowledge sake.

3.2.3: Basic Research:-

Experimental and theoretical work undertaken to acquire new
knowledge without looking for long term is called basic search.

3.2.4: Evaluation Research:-

Conducted to measure the effectiveness or performance of a program,
concept or in achieving object.

3.2.5: Review Research:-

Evaluation of exciting in Order establish current knowledge on a
subject .to

3.2.6: Service or program:-

Inventory involves collecting and analyzing a range of process the
building stage or planning the meals, In order to access the performance in
the inventory or in equipment for the hospitality industry.
3.3: Research design:-
Research design provides the glue that holds the research project
together. A design is used to structure the research to show how all of the
major part of the research project.

3.3.2: Philosophical \discursive issue:-

This may cover a variety of approaches in inventory, but will draw
rather than new empirical data. The sample or group, measure, treatment or
program, method of assignment, work together to try to address the central
research question.....................
Particular argument or examine a methodological issue.

3.3.3: Literature Review:-

This may be an attempt to summarize or comment on what is already
known about a particular topic .By collection different
There are a number of different form of a inventory literature might
take ...Detail of the search strategies used and the criteria for inclusion must
be made clear in the field of inventory research ..In this case a literature
review may help to clarify the key concept without attempting to be
systematic.

3.4: Case Study:-

This will involve the inventory collecting data; generally forms only
one or a small number of cases. It usually provides some data information
for our basic knowledge .Study work and the principle and method followed
should be made clear.
A case study generally aims to provide particular situation and often
the experiences and interpretation of those involved. It generates new
understanding and our hypothesis.

3.5: Survey:-
Where study involves collecting information about the larger number
of cases, perhaps using questionnaires, it is usually described as a survey.
Survey might make use of already available data, collected for another
inventory purpose. {Data collected at one time}:
Survey will generally involve some quantities analysis .So it is vital
to report how samples were chosen, what response rates were achieved and
to comment on the validity and reliability of any instrument used.

3.6: Evaluation / classification:-

An evaluation can be formative {designed to inform the process of
development} or summative {to judge the effect}.
Often an evaluation will have element of both. If an evaluation relate
to a situation in which inventory research is also a percipients it may be
described as 'action research '. Evaluations will often make sure use of case
study and survey methods and a summative evaluation will ideally will
ideally also use experimental methods.

3.7: Surveys:-
If the researcher is also a participant {e.g. a building }this
could be described as action research } An experiment may compare a
number of interventions with each other ,or may compare are [or more ]to a
control sides of group. So the same attention must be given to sampling,
response rates and instrumentation as in a survey [see above],

3.8: Research Methodology:-

First, you must know how much inventory to have on hand to ensure
continuity of supply in the event of an uncharacteristic increase in either
demand and/or lead time. This quantity of inventory is called the safety
stock

In this we can research the inventory management and the problems

in it and examine specific operation .And the evaluation research .The
primary audience for this report is inventory involved with the highest levels
of the controlling planning process and consultant who help their clients
with this task.
This information develop a methodology to properly reorder point, safety
stock quantity, quantity used daily .In methodology research we can see the
chain management process who could modules to determine energy loads
for inventory sizing.
