This is a combined submission by various groups members that Lokesh has worked with (7 of us).

We submit Lokesh should NOT be considered for the Students Memorial Prize. 1. He worms out of group work that doesnt impact his grades a. On request to stay late/overnight, common go-to excuses include: i. My parents dont give me keys to the house, so my mother has to stay up to wait for me if I return home late. Or, my parents dont let me stay out too late, I must go home by 9-10pm 1. Proven false. There was once he was extremely tired and accidentally let slip, what are you talking about? Ive always had my house keys, I can go home whenever I want. 2. Whats worse, on a later occasion, he actually pulled the same lie again, which was met with silence from us. He then proceeded to awkwardly mumble in realization, oh. I guess I do have my keys. ii. My brother wants to come pick me up right now, he says I have to go home with him 1. Lokesh is always the one who makes the first calls for pick-ups, and always talking in Hindi, so who knows? I guess benefit of the doubt can be given for this one, cant it? Lets read on and see what the other character evidence say! b. He never turns up with helpful stuff when he knows he is not mooting. He turns up with nothing prepared, just sits in a corner and browses Facebook while listening to Hindi music. i. He doesnt even do readings, just holds on to the judgments we had read beforehand and stares at them unproductively while we discuss substantial issues. c. When his marks are at stake, suddenly we find Lokesh staying on overnight without hesitation and voluntarily. i. For us that worked with him in Con 2, he has only stayed overnight by himself in 2 of the 5 mooting rounds. ii. Contrasting with (1)(b) above, he actually reads 4-5 textbooks for his moot! 2. Lokeshs cover of being friendly and keen are only for show a. In the faculty moot and con 2 group work discussions, Lokesh generally contributes nothing to the benefit of others and puts down others without a second thought. He does not work well in a team at all, only taking, never giving. b. This is consistent with his behavior in and out of law school, where he would post various brown-nosing comments about his direct superiors, but treat his peers and subordinates like shit. c. He has no close friends, only people (strategically chosen people who he thinks can influence his goals) who he tries to use, i.e. people of TULS who he thinks will be useful to him in the future, his superiors at SLS and Tenants Union, lecturers and tutors. i. Contrast this with anyone who has worked with him, and the amount of assistance he renders regarding portions of work that he isnt graded for (or

benefitting from), regardless of how much assistance the person has rendered him before for work that benefitted him. 3. Lokesh is the opposite of altruistic a. Word down the grapevine, he scored badly for his Criminal part of the CCP quizzes, i.e. 0/9 for quiz 1. i. He denies it? Ask him to open MyLO and show you. He can easily disprove this in less than 10 seconds! b. Word down more grapevines, he was one of those who approached Terese about cheating, and possibly went over their heads. c. For those of you with Facebook, remember when he posted all those comments about how he hates the CCP quiz results being rescinded (e.g. comments using the word cunt, etc.)? Match this with points (3)(a) and (b) and think it through again, isnt he the one who benefits the most from it? The eventual exposure of cheating behavior, a righteous product, was merely collateral in his rush to save himself! 4. In conclusion, Lokesh, selfish as he is, will only be a leech, instead of a contributor to society.

Hes a sweet little actor isnt he? Do not fall for his sweet innocent boy act!
