Bowerman 1419 College Ave Visalia, CA 93277 October 2, 2012 VIA US MAIL MARK A GOSS 1119 Twelfth Street Modesto, CA 95354 RE: Marriage of Bowerman - Personal Property - Business Inventory Dear Mr. Goss, I have not received a response to my letter sent to you via Certied Mail on September 10, 2012. In that letter I requested you provide me with a time and date to review all business inventory items and personal items stored in storage units and at 933 Carolyn residence. I am in receipt of letters from your ofces that clearly state that personal items are stored at the house and also in storage units. There is also admission from your ofces that your client has taken custody and control of business inventory that is causing business losses by inhibiting me from pursuing an income in the community owned business. This is a clear violation of the property restraint orders and the family code. I must insist at this time that you contact me within three business days with a date to occur before October 10, 2012 wherein I can, under the supervision of a third party, access the storage units and 933 Carolyn residence to identify and retrieve my personal items. The continued denial of my personal belongings is grounds for a contempt of court charge against your client and amounts to theft. Also, in the event that the property at 933 Carolyn is foreclosed and any of my personal property, business inventory and/or community property is conscated by the mortgage company - OR - by the IRS via lien, I will calculate the total monetary value of my losses to be charged to your client in the divorce settlement per the property restraint and family code violations. Cordially,
Karen L Bowerman
