“While among low-income insured individuals whites were at higher risk of underinsurance, a much higher share of all Blacks and Hispanics are uninsured or low-income. Hence, the lowincome uninsured and underinsured account for a larger proportion of the total Black and Hispanic populations.”

Obamacare: Unaffordable Coverage By Stephen Lendman Global Research, April 28, 2013 Region: USA Physicians for a National Health Program (PNHP) co-founders SteffieWoolhandler and David Himmelstein examined evidence on “skimpy health insurance among low-income, insured Americans.” A PNHP press release said: “Extensive data (show) that tens of millions of insured Americans have grossly inadequate coverage.” The underinsurance problem grows. The Journal of General Internal Medicine (JGIM) approved publication of their analysis. It‟s titled “Life or Debt: Underinsurance in America.” It‟ll appear next week. Obama‟s Affordable Care Act (ACA) increased the problem. According to Himmelstein, it‟s “lowering the bar for health insurance.” “The new coverage sold through the insurance exchanges will leave many families paying 40 percent of their health costs out-of-pocket even after they‟ve laid out thousands for premiums.” “And the administration is allowing states to institute co-payments under Medicaid, even for the poorest of the poor.” Under ACA, “a 56-year-old making $46,100 will pay a premium of $10,585 for coverage through the exchange and still face up to $6,250 in co-payments and deductibles.” Woolhandler added:“Over the past 25 years the financial protection offered by health insurance has steadily eroded. The consequences are grave, not only financially but also medically.” “For instance, we know that heart attack patients who face high co-payments delay coming to the ER, threatening their lives.” Underinsurance is the new normal. ACA “will reduce the number of uninsured from 50 million to 30 million, but the new coverage is full of holes.” “Americans deserve the kind of first-dollar, comprehensive coverage that Canadians already have.” “But that‟s only affordable under a single-payer system that cuts out the private insurance middlemen.” Growing millions of Americans face life or debt. A 56-year-old earning $45,900 (399% of poverty) qualifies for Bronze coverage. It costs an estimated $4,361. Covered services require $4,167 more for deductibles and co-payments. At 401% of poverty ($46,100), subsidies disappear. Himmelstein explained. Premium costs are $10,585. Deductibles and co-payments add another $6,250. Growing millions can‟t afford it. Ralph Nader called ACA “a pay-or-die” system. It underinsures. It leaves millions out. It‟s unaffordable. It‟s more deform than reform. It‟s a scam. It‟s a healthcare rationing scheme. It‟s a boon to predatory providers. It‟s a plan to enrich insurers, drug companies, and large hospital chains. It does nothing to control costs. They‟re spiraling out of control.
Affordable Care Act (ACA) Perspectives Page | 2
Himmelstein and Woolhandler called cost-sharing “neither necessary nor particularly effective for cost control.” Clear evidence proves it. America has high cost-sharing. Its costs are highest by far. In 1981, Canada outlawed co-payments and deductibles. It‟s had “faster health improvement and slowed cost growth.” Canadian provinces control costs. They do so by “tax-based funding, global hospital budgeting, binding, negotiated physician fee schedules, and a simple unified single-payer structure….” Administrative burdens and costs are minimized. Scotland considers patients owners of their health care system, not customers. Its costs are half what Americans pay. A stealth scheme plans to weaken Medicare. Doing so will force millions of low-income recipients into predatory private plans. A JGIM companion article headlined “Prevalence and Predictors of Underinsurance Among Low-Income Adults.” HemaMagge was lead writer. Under ACA, she said, millions of Americans “will gain Medicaid or private insurance in 2014.” Research shows that many middle-income adults are underinsured. Less is known about underinsurance among low-income adults. More than one-third aren‟t properly covered. Over one quarter of Medicaid recipients are underinsured. Cost-related barriers among public and private care providers reflect a major growing problem. On April 25, Charleston, W. VA Gazette editors headlined “Health: „Medicare for all.‟ ” PNHP‟s Andrew Coates was quoted, saying: Healthcare costs keep rising. ACA is an experiment doomed to fail. “At the root of this problem is the private health industry….” Large private insurers, drug giants, and hospital chains are beholden to Wall Street and shareholders. Insurers profit by denying claims, raising premiums, and requiring higher co-payments and deductibles. “They also drag down our health system with the costly paperwork and bureaucracy they inflict on doctors, hospitals and patients.” “By replacing the private insurers with a streamlined single -payer system, we can save over $400 billion squandered annually on wasteful paperwork. That‟s enough money to cover all of the uninsured and to eliminate all co-pays and deductibles.” Gazette editors called his solution “exactly on target. It‟s shameful that America is the only modern democracy without a national health system covering everyone.” “(M)edical care should be a human right for all.” Obamacare denies it. It requires virtually everyone to have health insurance. Millions unable to afford employer coverage will be ineligible for federal financial aid. On January 1, 2014, fully-certfied health insurance exchanges become operational. Uninsured middle-income households eligible for subsidized private coverage may use them. Safety-net programs are for low-income households.

According to First Focus president Bruce Lesley, up to 500,000 children may remain uninsured. “The children‟s community is disappointed by the administration‟s decision to deny access to coverage for children based on a bogus definition of affordability,” he said. ACA stipulates that coverage can‟t cost more than 9.5% of family income. Recipients it considers able to buy insurance are ineligible for subsidies. Affordability is based on individuals. Family coverage is nearly threefold higher. If employers don‟t provide it, recipients are out of luck. It bears repeating. ACA is a scam. Obama and Congress are beholden to Big Money interests. Washington is corporate occupied territory. The business of America is business. Every agency is infested with industry officials and lobbyists. They control policy. What they want, they get. Ordinary people are betrayed. ACA is one of many examples. It made America‟s dysfunctional healthcare system worse. It enriches providers. It sacrifices health for greater profits. It‟s unaffordable. It doesn‟t protect. It underinsures. It forces millions to choose between life or debt. It reflects irresponsible governance. Obama bears full responsibility. Stephen Lendman lives in Chicago. The US government can assassinate any US Citizen that could Possibly be a “threat” By Dr. Paul Craig Roberts Global Research, April 10, 2012 Growing up in the post-war era (after the Second World War), I never expected to live in the strange Kafkaesque world that exists today. The US government can assassinate any US citizen that the executive branch thinks could possibly be a “threat” to the US government, or throw the hapless citizen into a dungeon for the rest of his or her life without presenting any evidence to a court or obtaining a conviction of any crime, or send the “threat” to a puppet foreign state to be tortured until the “threat” confesses to a crime that never occurred or dies at the hands of “freedom and democracy” while professing innocence.
Affordable Care Act (ACA) Perspectives Page | 4
It has never been revealed how a single citizen, or any number thereof, could possibly comprise a threat to a government that has a trillion plus dollars to spend each year on security and weapons, the world‟s largest navy and air force, 700 plus military bases across the world, large numbers of nuclear weapons, 16 intelligence agencies plus the intelligence agencies of its NATO puppet states and the intelligence service of Israel. Nevertheless, air travelers are subjected to porno-scanning and sexual groping. Cars traveling on Interstate highways can expect to be stopped, with traffic backed up for miles, while Homeland Security and the federalized state or local police conduct searches. I witnessed one such warrantless search on Easter Sunday. The south bound lanes of I-185 heading into Columbus, Georgia, were at a standstill while black SUV and police car lights flashed. US citizens were treated by “security” forces that they finance as if they were “terrorists” or “domestic extremists,” another undefined class of Americans devoid of constitutional protections. These events are Kafkaesque in themselves, but they are ever more so when one considers that these extraordinary violations of the US Constitution fail to be overturned in the Supreme Court. Apparently, American citizens lack standing to defend their civil liberties. Yet, ObamaCare is before the US Supreme Court. The conservative majority might now utilize the “judicial activism” for which conservatives have criticized liberals. Hypocrisy should no longer surprise us. However, the fight over ObamaCare is not worth five cents. It is extraordinary that “liberals,” “progressives,” “Democrats,” whatever they are, are defending a “health program” that uses public monies to pay private insurance companies and that raises the cost of health care. Americans have been brainwashed that “a single-payer system is unaffordable” because it is “socialized medicine.” Despite this propaganda, accepted by many Americans, European countries manage to afford single-payer systems. Health care is not a stress, a trauma, an unaffordable expense for European populations. Among the Western Civilized Nations, only the richest, the US, has no universal health care. The American health care system is the most expensive of all on earth. The reason for the extraordinary expense is the multiple of entities that must make profits. The private doctors must make profits. The private testing centers must make profits. The private specialists who receive the referrals from general practitioners must make profits. The private hospitals must make profits. The private insurance companies must make profits. The profits are a huge cost of health care. On top of these profits come the costs of preventing and combatting fraud. Because private insurance companies resist paying and Medicare pays a small fraction of the medical charges, private health care providers charge as much as they possibly can, knowing that the payments will be cut to the bone. But a billing mistake of even $300 can bankrupt a health care provider from legal expenses defending him/her self from fraud accusations. The beauty of a single-payer system is that it takes the profits out of the system. No one has to make profits. Wall Street cannot threaten insurance companies and private health care companies with being taken over because their profits are too low. No health-provider in a single-payer system has to worry about being displaced in a takeover organized by Wall Street because the profits are too low.
Affordable Care Act (ACA) Perspectives Page | 5
Because a single-payer system eliminates the profits that drive up the costs, Wall Street, Insurance companies, and “free market economists” hate a “socialized” medical care system. They prefer a socialized “private” health care system in which public monies flow into private insurance companies. To make the costs as high as possible, conservatives and the private insurance companies devised ObamaCare. The bill was written by conservative think tanks and the private insurance companies. What the “socialistic” ObamaCare bill does is to take income taxes paid by citizens and use the taxes to subsidize the private medical premiums charges by private health care providers in order to provide “private” health care to US citizens who cannot afford it. The extremely high costs of ObamaCare is not “socialistic medicine.” ObamaCare is high-cost privatized medicine that guarantees billions of dollars in profits to private insurance companies. It remains to be seen whether such a ridiculous health care scheme, nowhere extant on earth except in Romney‟s Massachusetts, will provide health care or just private profits. ----------------------------------------------------------Health Care in America: The Masquerade is Over! By Dennis Kucinich The Planetary Movement 18 August 2009 The masquerade is over! The “public option” is … dead. Health care reform is now a private option: WHICH FOR PROFIT INSURANCE COMPANY DO YOU WANT? You have to choose. And you have to pay. If you have a low income, under HR3200 government will subsidize the private insurance companies and you will still have to pay premiums, co-pays and deductibles. The Administration plan requires that everyone must have health insurance, so it is delivering tens of millions of new “customers” to the insurance companies. Health care? Not really. Insurance care! Absolutely. Cost controls? No chance. You will next hear talk about “co-ops.” The truth is that insurance company campaign contributions have co-opted the public interest. I need your help to spread the word and rally the nation around true health care reform which covers everyone and maintains fiscal integrity without breaking our nation‟s bank! Your contribution will empower our efforts to continue to fight for the single-payer, not-for-profit health care bill, HR676 “Medicare for All,” which I co-authored with Rep. John Conyers. The bill now has 85 sponsors in the House. The hotly-debated HR3200, the so-called “health care reform” bill, is nothing less than corporate welfare in the guise of social welfare and reform. It is a convoluted mess. The real debate which we should be having is not occurring. Removing the “public option” from a public bill paid for by public money is not in the public interest. What is left is a “private option” paid for with public money. Why should public money be spent on a private
Affordable Care Act (ACA) Perspectives Page | 6
option which does not guarantee 100% coverage nor have any cost controls? A true public option would provide 30% savings immediately which would then cover the 1/3rd of the population who presently have no health care. Unfortunately, under HR3200, the Government is choosing winners and losers in the private sector; proposing to spend public funds on subsidizing insurance companies who make money not providing health care. This process will insure only the expansion of profits. Gone is the debate over cost. As a result of current negotiations, the Medicare Part D rip-off will continue for another decade, further fleecing senior citizens. Drug importation has been dropped, so no inexpensive drugs can be accessed from other nations. Instead we are told the pharmaceutical companies will accept a 2% cut in the growth rate of their profits – they call this cost control! If the matter were not so serious, it would be farcical: The executive branch pretends that the proposed health care reforms are something they are not. The legislation is being attacked for something it is not. Congressional leadership and the White House defend the legislation, pretending it actually is the very proposal that is being attacked. But it is not. A commonsense government health care reform policy would insure that every single American has full access to health care by expanding Medicare to cover everyone under a Single Payer System. We are already paying for a universal standard of care, it is just we are not getting it. I need your help to spread the word and rally the nation around true health care reform which covers everyone and maintains fiscal integrity without subsidizing insurance and pharmaceutical companies and breaking our nation‟s bank! My voice in Congress will continue to challenge the special interests who do not want “single -payer” to succeed. I need you to join me in combating the special and corporate interests who spend millions to try to win this Congressional seat. With your help WE will win again. With your help I will continue to represent your concerns, be YOUR VOICE in the United States Congress, and be the voice for health care for all Americans! With your help, we can accomplish ANYTHING in America. Persistence, dedication, truth and courage will lead the way and win out in the end. February 21, 2013

Genocide is here--Obamacare is a killing machine and millions will die By Laurie Roth This week, I gasped in horror when I learned that Obamacare had ordered Medicare to cut reimbursement for 4 million diabetic seniors by 66%. It also reduced all the companies that were supplying blood sugar monitoring supplies from 1000 to 15. I also learned via the research of Elizabeth Vliet, M.D., that one of her 80-year old patients was told he was not covered anymore by Medicare when he went to the pharmacy so couldn't get his medication. His choice was to pay cash or die Pause for a second and snap out of being mildly annoyed and grow a backbone and a few fangs over this. Just with diabetic and heart patients alone, you are talking many millions of people, mostly seniors, with coverage simply cut off or largely cut back – setting them up to die. That is unless they are millionaires and can afford expensive medication out of pocket. This is called, as in the days of Nazi Germany, targeting a group of people for extermination and murdering them. Millions will suffer and many will die just representing the pullback of coverage with diabetic and heart disease patients. Think about all the other diseases and seniors represented with dramatic or total cut backs by Medicare. Just as in Britain's socialized medicine, now state-of-the-art drugs will be denied for all kinds of common cancer, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and others. Obamacare is nothing more than a padded door to the ovens for the most needy and for our seniors. Obama plays all kinds of games and has lied from the very beginning about this healthcare assault weapon. He said over and over that people would still have freedom to choose their doctor, that healthcare freedom and options would continue, and there was no such thing as death panels. Liar, liar, and liar! IPAB (Independent Payment Advisory Board) is nothing but UN elected bureaucrats Obama has put in place to control all healthcare and order all cuts and limits on people and groups. As with the IRS, the IPAB is Obama's SS and true death squad. Where is our leadership in the House and Senate? Where are our generals, governors, and judiciary? This healthcare bill, along with being brazenly unconstitutional and forcing masses to have governmentapproved and manipulated healthcare, is designed to control and kill the masses – end of story. It is just starting to roll out, and along with all our insurance rates going up and care lessoning, people are already dying and being denied much needed care. Elected officials everywhere...don't be annoyed and concerned. SCREAM, SWEAR, AND SHOUT AS YOU IMPEACH OBAMA OR TRY HIM FOR TREASON. GENERALS, WALK INTO HIS OVAL OFFICE AND ARREST HIM AS THE GENERALS DID TO MANUAL ZELAYA IN HONDURAS. Is everyone in leadership wearing ballerina

costumes and sipping tea? Most of our alleged "leadership" sure aren't leading and demonstrating courage and integrity. * The attack on our gun and 2nd Amendment rights is impeachable in itself * Signing an executive order saying Obama has the right to execute an American citizen * 30,000 drones flying overhead to target U.S. citizens * The lies and murders tracked back to our poser Commander in Chief regarding Benghazi. * The unfolding healthcare bill denying millions of our seniors care and starting a national genocide. It is called murder! Does anyone care? * The NDAA Bill allowing the president to turn the U.S. military on Americans, arrest them for a contrived terrorist charge, and deny their Miranda rights. Our healthcare system is now a killing machine for seniors and control cartel to track and control the masses health records and money flow. It will also be used now to track gun ownership with the intrusive gun questions by doctors and mental health professionals. It is not safe and private in health care land anymore. Health survival strategies: Think of every possible way you can to do preventative medicine and guard your medical privacy. Refuse to answer intrusive questions about gun use and ownership. Do everything you can to naturally deal with your health challenges. We all have them. I am working on my cholesterol rate and hypothyroid using all the natural means I can find to keep away from seeing a medical doctor. In November, I had a high glucose rating that was considered pre-diabetic. I consulted with Dr. Ruiz, a revolutionary expert in diabetes and how to treat it naturally. By cutting down on sugar (not all but 50% less) and taking the natural herbal tea, MDS 40, I brought my glucose number down from 104 (too high) to 91 (normal) in 3 months. That was staying away from expensive doctors and taking affordable tea three times a day. I even put sweetener in the tea, because I have a sweet tooth. Millions of people are diabetic or pre-diabetic and millions more are also seniors with healthcare cuts happening everywhere they look. I knew of Dr. Ruiz and his Guatemalan wonder tea, MDS 40, www.bestbloodsupport.com, having read about his patient results and interviewing him on my show but now it is my own story. This tea has been transforming the blood sugar and lives of millions of diabetics just by drinking three cups of natural, herbal, and affordable tea a day. Seniors dial in on this. Don't let Obamacare deny you care and hurt you.
Affordable Care Act (ACA) Perspectives Page | 9
Now, I am working on bringing my cholesterol rating down by cutting back on calories, losing a little weight, exercising, taking apple cider vinegar, fish oil, and niacin each day. In another three months, my numbers will be normal here as well. I am researching how to naturally get my thyroid working better as well. Approach yourself as the most important experiment you work on and research your health concerns and issues until you figure it out in an affordable way. These are times when young and old have to think outside the box on your health. Preventative healthcare and prayer is a must and will keep millions of people alive. Obamacare is genocide against seniors and the most needy in America. We cannot let this happen. Leadership in the House, Senate, judiciary, governors, and generals wake up now and do something within your power to stop this bold crime (hiding behind a law) against the people. Join me for my show each day at: www.therothshow.com © Laurie Roth ------------------------------------------------------------------Obamacare, Genocide, and the War on the Unborn By Cliff Kincaid The "eco-terrorist" shot to death in Maryland hated humanity, especially unborn children. But this mentality should not be considered out of the mainstream. He was just more of an activist about it. After all, the "womb war" that Alveda King talked about at Glenn Beck's rally has already cost the lives of more than 50 million children through abortion. The mission, said the terrorist in his manifesto, was to stop "all programs" on the Discovery Health cable channel which are "encouraging the birth of any more parasitic human infants and the false heroics behind those actions." He demanded, "Stop all shows glorifying human birthing on all your channels…" One such program, Birth Day, highlights women giving birth and the struggle to save their infants when there are health problems. A description of the program says, "Whether we're watching a natural home birth or an emergency c-section in a major metropolitan hospital, the series shares all the ups and downs of labor and delivery, while imparting useful information through the voices of parents, families, doctors, nurses and other caregivers."

It is not designed to be pro-life, but that seems to be the impact on many people. After all, it seems pretty clear after a baby is born that it is, in fact, a baby, and that it is entitled to the same rights we enjoy. There are many pro-lifers here and abroad who understand the stakes in this ongoing war on humanity. In fact, in New Zealand, right-to-lifers are considering filing a United Nations complaint alleging that a new government policy encouraging the abortion of unborn children with disabilities constitutes genocide under a global treaty. Here, a big controversy has emerged in the conservative media over an Obama State Department report to the United Nations that has a few lines about the controversy over Arizona's immigration law. But the 29-page report to the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights has much more that is objectionable. Consider that the report:
Talks about the "story of the United States" as one "guided by universal values" but makes no mention of the unique nature of the American experiment and its Judeo-Christian heritage. Claims that lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered persons have suffered "discrimination" and are still prohibited from joining the military and getting married. Says Muslims are denied "fair treatment" and subject to "hate crimes." Praises Obama for signing "financial reform" legislation and a bill to reduce sentencing disparities between powder and crack cocaine offenses. Says the Obama Administration is committed to making sure that foreigners murdering American citizens on U.S. soil are given their rights under global treaties. Commits the U.S. to the "rights" of incarcerated persons and their "dignity." Says the administration is promoting "alternatives to incarceration." Sings the praises of Obama for "major legislation that expands access to health care for our citizens." Says the U.S. is "a cornerstone in an international system of cooperation to preserve global security." Commits the U.S. to humane treatment of suspected terrorists and protection of their privacy rights.
The few sentences about Arizona's law consist of: "A recent Arizona law, S.B. 1070, has generated significant attention and debate at home and around the world. The issue is being addressed in a court action that argues that the federal government has the authority to set and enforce immigration law. That action is ongoing; parts of the law are currently enjoined."
Affordable Care Act (ACA) Perspectives
Page | 11
These lines are objectionable because the U.N. should have no jurisdiction over our borders, but the omissions in the report are just as significant and newsworthy. For example, what about the human rights of America's unborn? Many of these victims are human beings said to be "defective" or inconvenient in some way. There is a 90 percent plus abortion rate for children diagnosed prenatally with Down syndrome. This is usually justified under the cover of "choice" but the Right to Life Society of New Zealand notes that the Ministry of Health of the government of New Zealand has instituted an "Antenatal Screening for Down Syndrome and other conditions-Quality Improvements" program. The "quality improvement" program is specifically designed to eliminate those in the womb judged to be abnormal in some way. "It is the opinion of this Society that the government is guilty of genocide, a crime against humanity which is a violation of the United Nations Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. New Zealand is a signatory to the Convention that was passed by the General Assembly on 9 December 1948," the organization contends. It quotes from the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, which definesgenocide as acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group. These acts include: "(a) Killing members of the group; (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; (e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group." The Society says, "People with disabilities are the only group of people in New Zealand targeted for selective abortion. Down syndrome, and other conditions that are targeted, are genetic conditions that have no cure…The preventing of birth of a group of people falls within the definition of genocide under international law." The Society goes on, "We request that the government cease this screening program. In the event that the screening program is not terminated Right to Life New Zealand will lay a formal complaint with the United Nations [The Office of the Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide] against the government of New Zealand for genocide by imposing measures to prevent births of children with Down syndrome." There is, of course, no real hope that the United Nations would ever act favorably on such a complaint. And there is even less hope that the Obama Administration, the most pro-abortion in U.S. history, would
Affordable Care Act (ACA) Perspectives Page | 12
ever think seriously about making the case for the right to life, which is set forth in our Declaration of Independence, in any report submitted to the U.N. But we can continue to give much-needed attention to parents like Kurt Kondrich, who runs the "Stop Aborting Down Syndrome Individuals Now" website. He doesn't have a public relations budget or any high-powered communications professionals working for him. All he has is the love of a Down syndrome child named Chloe. He and his wife met with Sarah Palin, the mother of a Down syndrome child, during the 2008 campaign. In this age of the new media revolution, however, Kurt has the ability to post provocative and compelling articles about the struggle for life of those without a voice. Politically, Palin has the ability to make a difference by endorsing pro-life candidates, such as Brian Murphy, running for the Republican nomination for governor of Maryland. The "pro-choice" former Republican governor of Maryland, Bob Ehrlich, who is running for his old job, doesn't want to talk about the Murphy/Palin challenge to his brand of Republicanism. The Republican primary is September 14. Kurt Kondrich says: "I have since embarked on a mission to make sure people are aware of this genocide. I want people to see the beautiful faces of our kids and realize the priceless Blessings and Gifts they are to a society that has lost focus." In New Zealand we may be seeing the future of America under national health care legislation. That is why state challenges to the imposition of Obamacare in the U.S. are so significant. Nationally, Rep. Steve King has introduced a 100 percent Obamacare repeal bill. A discharge petition has been signed by more than 170 members. Once 218 signatures are collected, King could force a vote on his repeal bill which could not be blocked by Speaker Nancy Pelosi. What lies ahead, if Obamacare goes forward, can be seen in New Zealand. The new government policy in New Zealand was preceded by the completion of a report on the "cost effectiveness" of aborting Down syndrome babies. It was determined that it was just too expensive to allow these babies to live. One can easily envision such a policy developing under Obamacare, considering that we have a President and an administration that do not regard innocent unborn human beings as life worthy of life. -----------------------------------------------------------------------

World Net Daily: Obamacare will lead to genocide, just like Hitlercare You know who else established a universal health care system in his country? Hitler, that‟s who. As the Affordable Care Act goes into effect this month in the U.S., World Net Daily columnist Ellis Washington points out the similarities he sees between the law, commonly referred to as Obamacare, and the health care system established in Germany. “Years before the Jews were sent to the death camps en masse, the initial mass murders of the Holocaust were performed in sanitized German hospitals and the clinical procedures for socialized governmental mass execution were created and developed there under the Nazis Aktion T4 Program,” Washington warns in a column published Friday. “Handicapped, retarded and mentally ill persons were killed by the hundreds of thousands within Hitler‟s universal health-care system, including some of Hitler‟s own relatives,” Washington says. “This genocide was conducted not out of evil intent but born out of medical necessity. Hitler, in his official directives, allowing medical killing, called them „mercy killing‟ and „lives not worth living.‟” Washington says universal health care inevitably leads to genocide and mass killings, just as former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin warned during her failed vice presidential bid in 2008. “Like Hitlercare, Obamacare will inevitably lead to health-care rationing, death panels, millions of uninsured and, eventually, the systematic genocide of the weak, minorities, enfeebled, the elderly and political enemies of the God-state,” Washington writes. However, the Independent Payment Advisory Board, which was designed to reduce influence by special interests to help hold down Medicare costs under the law and serves as the inspiration for the “death panel” claims, is prohibited from rationing care or restricting benefits. Washington argues that extending health insurance coverage through a government undermines God‟s authority. “It substitutes natural law for the God-state of government to decide and dictate the right to of who lives and who dies for entire classes of society, as opposed to letting people make their own choices using the free market and private enterprise to secure their own health care,” Washington writes. He says Hitler imposed Germany‟s health care system on occupied countries so he could enact genocidal social policies.
Affordable Care Act (ACA) Perspectives Page | 14
“As a leftist and a socialist, universal health care gave him the power to put policy into practice, to socially engineer society according to his own w icked, racist means/ends,” Washington writes. “With an executive decree, whole classes of people would be eliminated without any judicial due process being required.” Washington doesn‟t explain how President Barack Obama will use his signature health care law to commit genocide, but he is certain that‟s where it will lead because the president voted four times as an Illinois legislator to reject the Born Alive Infant Protection Act. Obama has explained that he voted against the measure, which would have required legal protection to fetuses extracted from their mother‟s womb, because its broad wording would have essentially outlawed abortion. Washington says all universal health care systems are derivative of Marxism, socialism, postmodernism and other things that are objectionable to many conservatives. He claims the president is using his “Gestapo” and “SS Stormtroppers” (sic), which he describes as young people, unions, Planned Parenthood, the NAACP, ACORN and La Raza, to propagandize the poor and minorities into supporting Obamacare. “But like in Hitler‟s Germany once the reality of their treachery metastasizes, guess who will be the first ones forced to sacrifice their lives for the Fatherland in our march toward a „perfect‟ society without illness or suffering?” Washington says. “History has repeatedly demonstrated that the weakest and most vulnerable have often been the first victims to be eliminated.” Washington doesn‟t explain why Obama would target for mass murder the same demographic groups who helped elect him to the presidency and consistently support the Democratic Party.
