1.SAP CRM Lead


Should have hands on experience in Requirement analysis, Design and development Ability to conduct business blue print workshops Should have 6 to 8 years functional experience in SAP CRM Should have at least 3 End-To-End implementation experience Should have implementation experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Marketing/Campaign management, Service Management & Interaction center CIC/Web-Client scenario Conduct End user Trainings and Test Workshops as required Ability to manage the delivery of a project and a team Proficient in Scope and Risk Management Good communication skills with excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business

2.SAP CRM Sales Consultant


Should have hands on experience in Requirement analysis, Design and development Ability to conduct business blue print workshops Should have 4 to 6 years functional experience in SAP CRM Sales At least 2 End-To-End implementation experience of SAP CRM solutions Should have CRM implementation experience for SAP CRM Sales and ECC SD integration scenario Conduct End user Trainings and Test Workshops as required Certification in SAP CRM Sales would be added advantage. Good communication skills with excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business

3.SAP CRM Marketing Consultant


Should have hands on experience in Requirement analysis, Design and development Should have 4 to 6 years functional experience in SAP CRM Marketing At least 2 End-To-End implementation experience of SAP CRM solutions Should have CRM implementation experience for SAP CRM Marketing and ECC integration scenario Conduct End user Trainings and Test Workshops as required Certification in SAP CRM Marketing would be added advantage. Good communication skills with excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business

4.SAP CRM Interaction Centre Consultant


Should have hands on experience in Requirement analysis, Design and development Should have 4 to 6 years functional experience in SAP CRM Interaction centre At least 2 End-To-End implementation experience of SAP CRM solutions Should have CRM implementation experience for CIC/Web-Client scenario Should have implementation experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Teleservice Contract management Conduct End user Trainings and Test Workshops as required Good communication skills with excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business

5.SAP CRM Web Channel/ Internet Sales or Marketing Consultant


Should have hands on experience in Requirement analysis, Design and development Should have 4 to 6 years functional experience in SAP CRM Internet Sales or Marketing At least 2 End-To-End implementation experience of SAP CRM solutions in Internet Sales or Marketing Conduct End user Trainings and Test Workshops as required Certification in SAP CRM Internet Sales would be added advantage. Good communication skills with excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business

6.SAP CRM Technical Middleware Consultant


SAP CRM Middleware integration with SAP ECC and other systems development enhancements in the areas of CRM Sales/Marketing/Service functional areas, CRM Web UI, Enhancements, Interfaces, and Conversions. Independently be able to work on project requirements in his/her specific work streams with quality

deliverables. Should have 4 to 6 years functional experience in SAP CRM Middleware/Technical At least 2 implementation experience of SAP CRM solutions. Good communication skills with excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate to all levels of the business Preferred: Process knowledge in CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing, eCommerce) and CRM Base Customizing Workflow / Middleware / WebDynpro knowledge is a plus.

7.SAP CRM Technical ABAP, Web UI Consultant


SAP CRM Technical development enhancements in the areas of CRM Sales/Marketing/Service functional areas, CRM Web UI, Enhancements, Interfaces, and Conversions. Independently be able to work on project requirements in his/her specific work streams with quality deliverables. Technical Expertise in CRM Web UI/CRM Java, CRM One Order Enhancements, Interfaces and conversions. Knowledge of BSP and Java including enhancing of BSP applications Should have 2 to 3 years Technical experience in SAP CRM At least 2 implementation experience of SAP CRM solutions. Preferred: Process knowledge in CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing, eCommerce) and CRM Base Customizing Workflow / Middleware / WebDynpro knowledge is a plus.

8.SAP CRM BCM Consultant Responsibilities


Attending requirements workshops and assisting business in blueprint phase Assess vendor CTI solution with aim to identify best means of integrating with CRM 7.0 Preparing functional specifications to support CTI integration Completing system configuration to integrate CTI solution with CRM 7.0 and ISU Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems relating to CRM 7.0 / CTI integration Preparing and managing all elements of testing relating to CTI integration Work alongside delivery leads and architects to Identify and manage risks Skills Knowledge of SAP BCM At least 2 years of SAP CRM / CTI experience Advanced knowledge of all aspects of integrating 3rd party CTI and IVR tools with CRM 7.0 Experience implementing the SAP ICI Interface Practical experience using web services and SOA to integrate with telephony systems SOAP / WSDL / XML knowledge required SAPPhone and SAPConnect knowledge is an advantage Experience in upgrading from CRM 4 to CRM 7 would be a major advantage A solid technical background with ABAP debugging skills is a must Knowledge of BSP configuration and design would be an advantage Knowledge of capabilities provided in CRM Ehp2 would be an added advantage

Knowledge of SAP CRM Task management and Interaction Record management Building reports to measure Agent KPI's
