Applications are available online at www.franklincountyschools.org or at the FCS front office. **UPDATE on The NEST 21st Century After School Program: The Franklin County School District does not yet have grant approval from the Department of Education on the Century 21st Grant which funds the after school program in Eastpoint & Carrabelle.
