Well-Being Action Plan 1. Education/Employment My major goal is to complete my Associate’s degree.

Achieving of a goal increases self-confidence and provides hopefulness. I will be the first member in my family to receive a college degree in over three generations. In order to achieve this goal, I will have to prioritize my schedule to be more in concordance with this plan. Planning my time ahead will allow me to finish my assignments on time, without the stress of last minute procrastination which seems to haunt me. 2. Mental Health Reduce stress. 3. Physical Health 4. Spirituality
