Thesis Title Proposal Flood Control Alert Detector with GPS and SMS (Flood Control Alert Detector)

with SMS / FloCAD

Problem: At this time, our country have been disrupt by many kind of typhoons that may cause flood, landslide, destruction of property, shortage of foods because of transportation and etc... But todays issue was the uncontrollable flow of water, in short flooding that will affect the residential areas mostly in the low-lands. Loopholes: For those places that can easily flooded by typhoon or different calamities can be alerted through SMS Alert System.

Objectives: To develop a system that will determine the location of the flood by the use of the GPS in the Flood Control Alert Detector with GPS and SMS / FloCAD with SMS. To develop a Flood Control Alert Detector with GPS and SMS / FloCAD (Flood Control Alert Detector) with SMS that will automatically sends an SMS to the Offices.

Title: Automated Parking Counter

Objectives: To monitor the car whose incoming in and out of the parking area using the Automated parking counter

To develop a system that will determine the slots that are available in the parking area To organize and avoid the overlapping of the parking area

Loopholes: Mostly, parking area has indicator of open and close display, in here we would like to develop a system not just only displaying if the parking has still a vacant or not, but instead we will create a system that will also display the number of slots available on that parking area.
