Dear Sir/Madem, I am certain I would be a perfect fit for a job in administration, accounts or any other closely related

role. I am extremely computer efficient, and make an excellent administrator and give support for all who are in need of it in the office when necessary. I possess very good listening skills, am not afraid to ask questions, and am extremely straightforward, acting as a key problem solver when issues may arise. Along with my degree and hands on experience in accounts and administration, I am confident in my ability to become a successful member of your company.

During my education and related jobs I have gained strong skills in; evaluating incoming and outgoing memos, submitting reports, processing of accounts, efficient data entry and liaising with customers. In addition, I am very skilled in preparing agendas, conducting research, accumulating data, and arranging papers for consideration and presentation to higher management. My enclosed resume provides more details about my specific clerical and administrative skills. Out of the positions I have held over the years, my role as temporary manager at Storeys Hardware (as detailed in my CV), taught me the most about organisation. I was solely responsible for every single aspect running of a company, this involved Tax Returns/PAYE/Accounts/Orders/Invoicing and Sales. However, when I am not standing in for the owner, I am effectively a personal assistant to him, for which I have been for the past 7 years. This year, a 4 month summer temporary job which I undertook at A.E.Faulkes refined my skills while also learning how administration and accounts work in a large scale company. Here I was more responsible for accounts and management of leasing vehicles. If I hadn't been coming to Australia, I would have taken the full time role they offered me at a higher position in the company. In hindsight I enjoy the fast paced environment which surrounds such individuals/companies. I work quickly and efficiently under pressure, and truly enjoy being busy. Any position you are looking to fill I feel I will do a great job in. Please review my attached resume and contact me at your convenience. I thank you for your consideration and look forward to hearing from you. Yours Sincerely, Paul Towle
