in Schedule 2A or sufficiently complies with those by laws in a way that is allo wed by the regulations; and (b) define,

in the prescribed manner, the boundaries of each lot in the parcel that is to be altered or created by the plan of re subdivision and, i n the case of a plan of re subdivision for a strata scheme, do so by reference t o a floor plan; and (c) where amendment of the location plan is necessary in consequence of the re subdivision, be accompanied by an amended location plan or a plan suf ficient to enable the Registrar of Titles to amend the location plan to the exte nt made necessary by the re subdivision; and (d) be accompanied by a certificate given by a licensed surveyor con taining, subject to appropriate and necessary modifications, the same particular s as are required by section 22(1) or (2), as the case may require; and (e) where paragraph (a)(ii)(II) applies, be accompanied by a certifi cate in the prescribed form given by a licensed surveyor; and (f) in the case of a re subdivision of a lot in a strata scheme, be accompanied by (i) an occupancy permit granted under an application mentioned in th e Building Act 2011 section 50(2)(a); or (ii) a building approval certificate granted under an application men tioned in the Building Act 2011 section 50(2)(b); and (g) where section 25(1) requires or section 25B(2) applies, be accom panied by a certificate of approval of the re subdivision given by the Commissio n; and a (h) be accompanied by a certificate of a licensed valuer in accordan ce with section 14(2); and (i) unless paragraph (a)(ii)(II) applies, be accompanied by a certif icate given by every person who (i) has a registered interest in any lot proposed to be affected oth erwise than as the proprietor of the lot; or (ii) is a caveator in respect of any such lot, certifying his consent to the proposed re subdivision; and (j) unless paragraph (a)(ii)(II) applies, be accompanied by a certif icate given by every person who (i) has a registered interest in any lot the unit entitlement of whi ch is proposed to be affected otherwise than as the proprietor of the lot; or (ii) is a caveator in respect of any such lot, certifying his consent to the proposed allocation of unit entitl ement set out in the application. Transfers etc. to give effect to plan (1) Subject to subsection (2), every transfer or other document that is necessary to give effect to the plan of re subdivision shall be lodged for r egistration together with the plan of re subdivision. (2) The regulations may provide for the registration of an instrumen t (a disposition statement) (a) by which various interests in land affected by the proposed re s ubdivision are disposed of or vested; and (b) by which encumbrances are attached to or discharged from any int erest; and
