This check list is not a Quality System document. This check list is a record of hull structural CIC(Concentrated Inspection Campaign) for Bulk Carrier, which will be implemented from 1st April 2002, to prevent possible hull structural deficiencies that may be pointed by PSCO. The checklist is to be filled out by attending surveyor at the periodical and all occasional survey undertaken during duration of hull structural CIC; pointed out as condition of class, if necessary; and stored only in the branch office in the relevant CIC files along with ship's survey report. 1) Defect : Crack, hole, corrosion, dent, doubling and damage, etc - Y : Defect - N : Not Defect 2) Action : Record of remedial action by shipowner
