Fall is here and at the Olde Lincoln House, that means all the fresh harvest avors of the season, like pumpkin, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, chili, duck, elk, beef, hearty beer and much more. Now that the weather is getting a bit cooler and there is a hint of autumn in the air, you will want to visit the Olde Lincoln House for lunch, dinner or time with friends. Check out the new menu, designed just for the season, with choices like Elk Steak grilled with orange and a ginger and g infused cheese with a red wine and mushroom demi. Fall avors also include Duck Cont with bacon brussels sprouts and goat cheese potato cake; Autumn Roasted Chicken with butternut squash, red onions and rosemary; Ken Danielewicz and Tori Baionno display the Grilled Ahi Sweet Potato Encrusted Chicken Breast with Tuna with the Wilted Spinach topped with Brie Prosciutto wild mushroom cream sauce; Grilled Ahi Tuna Ham and an Apple Cream Sauce. with brie, prosciutto and spiced nuts with an apple cream sauce; Pan Seared Halibut with cauliower mash and coriander lime sauce; and House Made Ravioli with smoked shrimp and asiago cheese. There are also great appetizers like Sauteed Venison Sausage with mushrooms, Pan Seared Tenderloin Tips in mushroom Marsala sauce, Sweet Potato Stack with goat cheese and pesto and Crab Saute with red peppers.
