Use AutoCAD to keep the Mine maps up-to-date. Noise sampling .). Perform analytic data collection (i. Gather and monitor data on Production and support functions. measure mine faces and Mine entries.Function as a Rodman for surveying crew. water sampling. Activities Set sites. Build drawings used for various mine functions. dust sampling. Perform audits for safety and efficiency. assist in investigation of alternatives. Manage data from analytic tests. Develop skills to grow into the Mine Surveyor Position. etc. Use MS Office Software to manipulate data and write reports. ore sampling. Assist engineers with the reduction and analysis of data. Measure and analyze data. Update maps using the Mine’s CAD system. both underground and on surface jobs. Effectively organize data and archive data for future use. Learn the craft of surveying: mechanics of the measurements and the calculations Become proficient on the operation of survey instruments used in the department.e. Monitor usages of consumables.
