The JEE (Main)-2014 will be conducted by the JEE Apex Board for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programmes in NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions, participating State Government Institutions etc. The admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs at NITs, IIITs, other centrally funded Technical Institutions, Institutions under several participating State Governments, and several other Institutions shall include the performance in the JEE (Main). For admission to NITs, Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) like IIITs etc. and other participating Institutions, the merit/rank list shall be prepared based on 40% weightage to school Boards marks in class 12th or equivalent examination and 60% weightage to JEE(Main). The weightage to school Board/Equivalent examination marks shall be considered only after normalization. The States of Gujarat, Maharashtra and Odisha have joined JEE (Main) system. Therefore, the candidates seeking admission to the institutions in these states, which were earlier admitting based on their State Level Examination, are also advised to fill in the JEE (Main) - 2014 application form online. The JEE (Main) will also be the eligibility test for the JEE (Advanced), which the candidate has to take if he/ she is aspiring for admission to the undergraduate programmes offered by the IITs/ ISM Dhanbad. I. INFORMATION BULLETIN – The detailed information bulletin containing details of examination, syllabus, eligibility criteria to appear, examination fees, cities of examination, state code of eligibility, age relaxation, process of normalization of marks, eligibility for admission, reservation policies and important dates will be available on JEE(Main)-2014 website www.jeemain.nic.in by the second week of November 2013. The aspiring candidates are requested to download the information bulletin from above mentioned website only and read the same carefully before applying. II. APPLICATION FORM – The aspiring candidates have to apply online only through JEE (Main)-2014 website www.jeemain.nic.in. The online application process will start from 15th November 2013 onwards. The last date for application is 26th December 2013. The eligibility criteria for JEE (Main) and JEE (Advanced) are different. The candidates are requested to read the information bulletin carefully and themselves ensure their eligibility as per the criteria laid down for JEE (Main) as well as JEE (Advanced). In order to facilitate the aspiring candidates, the JEE (Main) secretariat has designated Facilitation Centres across the country who will help the candidates in filling online application without any charge. The list of such institutes is available on the JEE (Main) website and in JEE (Main)-2014 information bulletin. III. DETAILS OF EXAMINATION – JEE (Main) – 2014 shall have two papers, Paper-1 (B. E./B. Tech.) and Paper-2 (B. Arch./B. Planning.). Depending upon the course(s) candidates are seeking admission, they may take Paper-1 (B. E./B. Tech.), or Paper-2 (B. Arch./B. Planning.), or both. Subject combination for each paper, type of questions in each paper and mode of examination available is given in the table below:-

V.ELIGIBILITY FOR APPEARING IN EXAMINATION:- a. DATE OF BIRTH –

Note - Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate will only be considered. b. YEAR OF APPEARANCE IN QUALIFYING EXAMINATION (QE) – Only those candidates who have passed their Class 12th Exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2012 or 2013; or those who are appearing in their Class 12th Exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2014 are eligible to appear in JEE (Main) - 2014. Candidates who passed Class 12th/Qualifying examination in 2011 or before as well as those who will appear in such examination in 2015 or later are not eligible to appear in JEE (Main)- 2014. The candidates who appeared in class 12th/ equivalent qualifying Examinations in 2011, did not pass in 2011, but passed in 2012 are also not eligible to appear in JEE (Main) 2014. c. NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS: The number of attempts which a candidate can avail at JEE (Main) shall be limited to 03 (three). d. NO. OF ATTEMPTS AND AGE LIMIT FOR THE STATES OF MAHARASHTRA AND ODISHA - Since the states of Maharashtra and Odisha have now joined JEE (Main) system from 2014. The age limit, for admission to institutions in these states which were earlier admitting candidates based on their state level examinations, will be as per their past practice only. The number of attempts in such cases will also remain same as per their past practice. This will however be obviously not applicable for admission to IITs/NITs/IIITs/ CFTIs. VI. EXAMINATION FEES - The fee can be remitted in the following ways: • By Debit/Credit Card. • Through e-Challan generated after successful submission of online application form. The fee through e-Challan may be deposited in any branch of Syndicate Bank, Canara Bank and ICICI Bank. The fee (in Indian Rupees) for JEE (Main)-2014 is as follows:

In case the examination fee is paid through credit/debit cards, the candidates will need to pay an additional processing charge of 1.20% of the examination fee plus the service tax as applicable. VII. ONLINE APPLICATION FORM SUBMISSION - Online Application has to be submitted through JEE (Main)-2014 website www.jeemain.nic.in. The aspiring candidate should furnish all the details and upload scanned image of his/her photograph and signature while filling up the ‘On-line’ Application. Candidates are required to take a print out of the computer generated acknowledgement slip after successful submission of data and payment of fees and keep the same in the safe custody for any future reference. Important Note – As for this year and for the first time, the entire application process is online, including uploading of photograph & signature and payment of fees; the candidates are required NOT to send any document to JEE (Main) Secretariat. Seven (7) Steps to be followed to apply online. Step 1: Download the information bulletin and read it carefully to ensure your eligibility. Step 2: Read the contents of Online Format and instructions for applying online given in the Information Bulletin and keep the entire information ready. 1. Applications are invited from unmarried Men/Women candidates for grant of Short Service Commission in Executive Branch (General Services/Hydro Cadre/IT/Naval Architecture) and Technical Branches of the Indian Navy for Jul 2014 Course at Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala, Kerala. Candidates to fulfill conditions of nationality as laid down by the Government of India. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS - 2. Age:

3. Educational Qualifications. Completed BE/B. Tech Degree with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a recognised university in one of the following specified streams:-

12. Cost to Company (CTC). The CTC for a Sub Lieutenant would be approximately Rs. 66500/- for Tech. (GS) & Executive (GS), Rs. 66000/- for SSC(IT/NA) and Rs. 77750/- for Submarine Specialisation (Engineering and Electrical) per month. This includes Basic Pay, DA, Grade Pay, Military Service Pay, House Rent Allowance and Transport allowance. These rates are subject to change. 13. Privileges. In addition to the CTC mentioned above, Navy provides free Medical Facilities for self & dependents, LTC, Canteen Facilities, Entitled Ration, Mess/Club/Sports Facilities, Furnished Govt. Accommodation, Car/Housing Loan at subsidised rate. 14. Group Insurance & Gratuity. Insurance cover of Rs. 50 lakhs for Submarine Specialisation and 40 lakhs for Tech. Branch and Executive (GS) (on contribution) and Gratuity will be granted to the officer as per the latest rules in force. 15. Leave Entitlements. On Commission, officers are entitled to 60 days annual and 20 days casual leave every year (subject to service exigencies). They are also entitled for 40% rail concession to any place and free travel (as per extant rules) for self and dependents. Leave during training period will be as per the Training Policy in force. 16. Sports & Adventure. The Navy provides facilities to pursue any sport of your liking. In addition, one can learn and participate in adventure sports, such as river rafting, mountaineering, hot air ballooning, hang gliding, wind surfing etc. 17. Physical Fitness. In Naval Academy curriculum, a lot of emphasis is laid on physical fitness. You are therefore, advised to remain fit by undertaking regular physical exercises, sports, running, swimming, etc. so that you meet the training goals successfully. PHYSICAL STANDARDS. 18. The candidates should not be colour/night blind & must be physically fit according to following physical standards:(a) Height and Weight. Minimum height for male - 157 cms and for female - 152 cms with correlated weight. (b) Eye Sight.

No. (a) & (b) can also be allotted Air Technical Specilisation/appointed as Air Technical Officers by IHQ MoD(Navy). DUTIES OF OFFICER 4. Executive Officer/General Service. As an Executive officer, you would be at the helm of affairs in ships. Executive officers are leaders of men, strategists of modern warfare and ambassadors of our country when in foreign waters. Modern warship are highly evolved fighting machines needing capable and decisive leaders to operate them. A glorious career would see many highpoints and chief among them would be Command at sea. Executive officers actively participate in all facets of Naval operations i.e. air, surface and subsurface operations. They are specialists in Missile and Gunnery, Anti Submarine Warfare, Electronic Warfare and Communications, Navigation and Direction, Hydrography and NBCD. 5. Hydrography Officer. Hydrography is one of the sub-specialisations of the Executive branch of the Indian Navy, which qualifies officers to undertake Hydrographic Surveys of uncharted Indian & foreign waters for production of nautical charts for safe navigation at sea. Hydrography not only contributes towards safety at sea, but also plays a big role in successful completion of various coastal/offshore developmental projects. It is a highly challenging and satisfying discipline. 6. Information Technology (IT). On completion of training, officers would be posted onboard IN Ships & Establishment for carrying out IT duties. The officers would be handling state-of-the-art networks and niche applications, both in operational and administrative areas. Sufficient opportunity to handle both ‘open source applications’ and ‘proprietary tailor made software, will be available. Your job profile would involve designing/implanting secure and critical networks including manning of Security Operation/Network Operation Centres. Officers will have the opportunity to work on cutting edge technology like Unified Domain, Share Point, SAP etc while implementing and maintaining various Navy wide applications, portals & dedicated IT Systems. 7. Tech (GS) Branch. ‘As a Technical officer you would be responsible for keeping the naval ships and aircraft fighting fit at all times. Technical officers handle state of the art weapons (Gunnery, Missiles and Anti Submarine) and propulsion systems (Gas Turbines, Diesel and Steam Engine). Selected technical officers are also deputed for M Tech from prestigious academic institutes like IITs/IISC. Opportunities for handling projects involving high end technologies are also provided to Technical Officers’. 8. Tech (Submarine Specialisation). ‘As a Submarine Technical Officer you will be responsible to run & maintain modern submarines and its weapon systems. You would get professional satisfaction of maintaining hi-tech machines with state-of-theart weapon control systems, computer controlled machinery and awesome fire power. On successful completion of the rigorous training conducted at different training establishments, you will be a proud possessor of ‘Dolphin Badge’ and become a member of a very elite arm of the Navy’. 9. Naval Architecture Cadre. Naval Architects specialise in warship and submarine constructions. Promotions & Pay Scale: Promotion from Sub-Lieutenant to Commander is on time scale basis subject to fulfillment of requisite service conditions. SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION 19. Short Service Commission is granted for a term of 10 years, extendable to 14 years, subject to service requirement and performance/willingness of the candidate. On completion of these tenures, officers are entitled for gratuity under the extant rules. Disciplined life, leadership qualities and professional skills imbibed during the service would stand as added advantages in acquiring second career, post exit from the Navy. SELECTION PROCEDURE 20. (a) The candidates will be issued call up for Services Selection Board (SSB) based on their performance in Degree Course. If a candidate possesses higher qualification with better percentage, his higher qualification will be considered for cut off. Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy) reserves the right to shortlist applications and to fix cut off percentage. No communication will be entertained on this account. SSB interviews for short listed candidates will be scheduled at Bangalore/ Bhopal/Coimbatore during Jan 14 to May 14. (b) SSB interview will be conducted in two Stages. Stage I test consisting of intelligence test, Picture Perception and Discussion test will be conducted on the second day of arrival at SSB. Candidates who fail to qualify in Stage I will be routed back on the same day. Stage II tests comprising of Psychological testing, Group testing and Interview will last for 04 days. Successful candidates will thereafter undergo Medical Examination (approx duration 03-05 days). (c) Candidates recommended by the SSB and declared medically fit will be appointed for training as per all India Merit depending on the number of vacancies. (d) Change of SSB Centre for interview is not permissible under any circumstance. (e) Any correspondence regarding change of SSB dates be addressed to the call up officer of the SSB on receipt of call up letter. (f) No compensation will be paid in respect of any injury sustained as a result of tests. Training is scheduled to commence in Jul 2014 at Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala. 22. Candidates finally selected for Tech (GS) Branch and Executive (GS) will be inducted as officers in the rank of Sub Lieutenant and undergo 22 & 44 Weeks Naval Orientation Course respectively at the Naval Academy, Ezhimala followed by professional training in Naval Ships and Training Establishments. Full pay & allowances are admissible to officers whilst under training. They will be on probation for a period of two years, during which they are liable to be discharged if their performance is unsatisfactory. 23. Candidates finally selected for Submarine Specialisation, will be inducted as officers in the rank of Sub Lieutenant and undergo 22 weeks Naval Orientation Course at the Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala followed by professional training in other Naval Training Establishments/Ships. On completion of the training the candidates will have to pass Submarine Qualifying Board. The candidate who fails to qualify in the submarine qualifying Board will not be retained in service. The candidates will be entitled for Submarine Pay and allowances from Rs. 11,250/- to 17,500/- per month, only after qualifying the Submarine Qualifying Board. 24. Only unmarried candidates are eligible for training. Any candidate who is found to be married or marries while under training will be discharged and shall be liable to refund full pay & allowances drawn by him/her and other expenditure incurred on the candidate by the Government. 25. 5. PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY TEST (PET):- Those who are found fit in the Physical Standard Test (PST), will be put through the following physical efficiency test (PET):Note:- 1. Vacancies reserved for Ex-Servicemen will be filled by the candidates of open category within the respective quota if suitable candidates of Ex-Servicemen are not available. 2. The number of vacancies are subject to change without any notice and may increase or decrease depending upon the position at the time of final selection. 3. Any candidate appointed to the said post shall be liable to serve anywhere in India or abroad and perform any work & duty assigned to him there-so. 2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS FOR ABOVE POSTS ARE AS UNDER:- (A) Age: 18 to 25 years (As on 01/08/2013) Note:-i) The crucial date to determine age will be 01.08.2013. The candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions and should be in possession of all certificates as on 30-11-2013 i.e. the closing date of receipt of application. ii) Candidates not in possession of requisite educational, experience certificate or appearing in the examination/awaiting result need not to apply. Relaxation: (a) There will be relaxation in age for SC/ST/OBC (i.e. 5 years for SC/ST & 3 years for OBC candidates). (b) The upper age limit for departmental candidates shall be 40 years for General and OBC candidates and 45 years for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes candidates. (c) The upper age limit up to 05 years is relaxable in case of candidates already in Govt. service. Govt. employees / servants claiming age relaxation should be in possession of certificate in prescribed format from their office in respect of the length of continuous service which should not be less than 03 years in the immediate period preceding the date of recruitment / closing date of receipt of application. They should continue to have the status of Govt. servant / employee till the time of appointment, in the event of their selection. The candidate will have to produce NOC from his parent department at the time of applying for the post / recruitment in SSB. However, departmental candidate may forward their application through proper channel from their head of offices. The concession will be admissible only where a Govt. employee has rendered not less than 3 (three) years regular and continuous service in Govt. Deptt as on closing date of application. (d) The Relaxation in upper age limit of 5 years shall also be admissible for the candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of J&K during the period from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989. The candidate will have to produce a certificate from the concerned District Collector to claim such relaxation in age. (e) Five years of age relaxation will also be granted to the children and dependent family members of those killed in the 1984 riots and 2002 communal riots of Gujarat. Children mean (a) Son (including adopted son): or (b) Daughter (including adopted daughter) Dependent family members mean: (a) Spouse; or (b) Children; or Brother or Sister in the case of unmarried Govt. servant who was wholly dependent on the Govt. servant at the time of his killing in the riot. The candidate will have to produce a certificate to the effect, issued by the concerned District Collector to claim relaxation in age. Children and dependent family members of those killed in the riots (1984 riots 2002 communal riots of Gujarat) will also produce a certificate from the concerned District Collector. (f) The above relaxation in age as mentioned in para 2 (b) to (d) is in addition to relaxation of 5 years in age for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates as per Govt. orders. Note: - Candidates claiming benefits under OBC category shall be in accordance with Castes notified in the Central List. The certificates should be in the prescribed format issued by the Competent Authority empowered for the purpose. No other certificate will be accepted as proof. DEFINITIONS/RELAXATION AND SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXSERVICEMEN i) Relaxation to the extent of military service plus 3 years as provided in DOP&T Notification No. 39016/10179-Rectt(c) dated 15.12.1979. ii) Every ExServicemen who has put in not less than six months continuous service in the Armed Forces of the Union, shall be allowed to deduct the period of such service from his actual age and if the resultant age does not exceed the maximum age limit by more than three years he shall be deemed to satisfy the condition regarding age limit. However, break in service should not be more than two years. iii) Ex-Servicemen holding the higher rank may also compete in this recruitment for lower post provided they fulfill the eligibility criteria and also they furnish their willingness in writing that in the event of their selection they will not claim the post equivalent to the rank they were holding in the Defence Forces. iv) Character certificate: Minimum requirement will be Exemplary/Very Good/Good category certificate. v) Medical category: “A” (AYE)/SHAPE-ONE, at the time of discharge. They should possess to pass the same medical standards prescribed for direct recruits. vi) “Ex-servicemen” means a person who has served in any rank(whether as a combatant or as a non-combatant ) in the Regular Army, Navy and Air Force of the Indian Union but does not include a person who has served in the Defence Security Corps, the General Reserve Engineering Force, the Lok Sahayak Sena and the paramilitary forces; and vii) Who has retired from such service after earning his/her pension; this would also include persons who are released/retired at their own request but after having earned their pension or who has been released from such service on medical grounds attributable to military service or circumstances beyond his control and awarded medical or other disability pension or who has been released, otherwise than on his own request, from such service as a result of reduction in establishment; or who has been released from such service after completing the specific period of engagement, otherwise than at his own request or by way of dismissal or discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency, and has been given a gratuity, and includes personnel of the Territorial Army, of the following categories, namely:- (i) pension holders for continuous embodied services; (ii) pension with disability attributable to military service; and (iii) gallantry award winners 3. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: (i) Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a Recognized board/University or equivalent. 6. MEDICAL STANDARD: i) Eye Sight- The minimum distant vision should be 6/6 in one eye and 6/ 9 in other eye without correction i.e. without wearing glasses or lenses. Visual correction of any kind is not permitted. ii) The candidates must not have knock-knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and they should possess high colour vision i.e. CP III by ISIHARA. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties. The candidate must meet all the medical standards required for efficient performance of the duties to a Combatised post in SSB. 7. METHOD OF RECRUITMENT:- The selection process shall consist of following stages:- I) Documentation II) Physical Standard Test ( PST) III) Physical Efficiency Test ( PET) IV) Written Examination V) Skill Test (Shorthand Test) and transcription on computer VI) Final Medical Examination VII) Review Medical Examination. 7.1. DOCUMENTATION (CHECKING OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS /CERTIFICATES FOR ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA):- All the candidates who repot for the recruitment test will be asked to produce original documents / certificates pertaining to age, education, Caste, community certificate, NOC / Discharge Certificate (in case of Ex- Servicemen), Proof to avail age relaxation etc. The actual age of the candidate will be determined from his Matriculation / Higher Secondary School Certificate. The candidates must ensure that their name, father’s name and date of birth mentioned in all documents must be same as in the matriculation/ Higher Secondary certificate. Candidates must bring all their original certificates and two attested copies of each with them. 7.2. PHYSICAL STANDARD TEST (PST):- The candidates who are found eligible in documentation will be put through Physical measurement as prescribed in the eligibility conditions i.e. para-4 above. Ex-Servicemen are exempted from PST. However, their actual height, weight and chest measurement will be recorded at the time of PST. 7.3. PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY TEST (PET) The candidates qualifying Physical Standard Test (PST) will be required to pass Physical Efficiency Test (PET) as per para-5 above, which is qualifying in nature:- Note: PET will be qualifying in nature and a candidate must qualify in all the above events. Failure to qualify in ANY of the events of PET will render the candidate disqualified to appear in Written Examination. Ex-Servicemen are exempted from PET. However, they will have to appear in Written Examination, Skill test (Typing Test) on computer and Final Medical Examination. 7.4. WRITTEN EXAMINATION:- Those candidates who qualify the PST and PET including Ex-Servicemen shall be eligible to appear in the Written Test to be conducted as under:Max. Marks Hindi/English 25 General Knowledge 25 Arithmetic 25 Reasoning 25 Total 100 i) Candidates may note that no separate call letters will be issued for appearing in the written examination. ii) The written examination will be held on OMR based Answer Sheets. The duration of written examination will be 2 hours. Candidates will be required to record their answer in OMR sheet with blue/black ball point pen. iii) The OMR answer sheet of written test will be processed/ scanned in an electronic machine. Any wrong entry of roll number, name, question booklet number, question paper series will render the OMR sheet invalid and the same will not be evaluated. The concerned candidate will be responsible for such mistake on their part. Minimum qualifying marks will be 50% for General, OBC & Ex-Servicemen and 45% for SC/ST candidates. Note: Candidates appearing in written test will not be allowed to carry electronic equipments like mobile phone, calculator, pager, digital wrist watch having calculator etc. Any candidate found indulging in any unfair practice will be summarily removed from the written test and will be debarred from further recruitment process. 7.5 SKILL TEST ( SHORTHAND TEST) AND TRANSCRIPTION ON COMPUTER The candidates who qualify the written test will be required to appear in the Skill Test (Shorthand Test). 10 minutes dictation @ 80 words per minute and transcription time of 50 minutes for English or 65 minutes time for Hindi on computer will be given, which is only qualifying in nature. Note: Failure to qualify the event of Skill test ( Shorthand test) and transcription will render the candidate disqualified for selection. 7.6. FINAL MEDICAL EXAMINATION:- Candidates who qualify Written Examination, Skill Test (Shorthand Test) and transcription on Computer will be put through detailed medical examination strictly on the basis of merit of written examination as per the vacancies and average failure rate. Note:- (i) The candidates will be called for medical examination three times over and above the number of vacancies advertised so that if some candidates high up in the merit list (category wise) do not make it through medical examination, candidates lower in merit list could be considered for appointment strictly based on merit. (ii) Being called for medical examination will in no way give any legal claim or right to any candidate for final appointment in Govt. service. 7.7. APPEAL AGAINST FINDINGS OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION:- If a candidate is declared unfit in the detailed medical examination, the grounds for rejection will be communicated to him by the Chairman. If the rejected candidate is not satisfied with the findings of the Medical Officer, he/she will apply and obtain Form-4, 5 & 6 from the Chairman Recruitment Board concerned to prefer an appeal for Review Medical Examination to Inspector General (Pers), SSB, Force HQ R.K. Puram, New Delhi -110066, within 15 days from the date of issue of communication in which the findings of the Medical Officer is communicated to him/her. The appeal should necessarily contain the following; (a) Review Medical Examination fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five only) non refundable, through a Bank Draft in favour of “PAO, SSB (MHA), New Delhi”, (b) Appeal Form 4, 5 & 6 issued by the initial Medical Board declaring the candidate as Unit, (c) One self addressed envelope with Rs. 25/postage stamps duly affixed on it. Certificate other than Medical Form-6 (provided by the Chairman of Recruitment Board to the Candidates) to submit appeal for Review Medical examination will not be considered and rejected straightway. The fitness certificate on Form-6 is essential to consider their cases for review medical examination and not for any other purpose. APPLICATION FORM FOR THE POST OF ASSISTANT SUB-INSPECTOR (STENOGRAPHER)-2013

The final selection list will be prepared in order of merit, category wise, after completion of Review Medical Examination. It is hereby emphasized that the candidates who merely secure the qualifying percentage marks and found medically fit, may not be considered for final selection since the cut off marks will be determined according to number of vacancies as well as after completion of whole recruitment process. Where equal marks have been obtained by candidates their merit will be fixed as per date of birth and the older candidate will be given preference. The result of provisionally selected candidates will be uploaded in SSB website i.e. www.ssbrectt.gov.in as per availability of vacancies. The selected candidates will be issued offer of appointment. No further extension will be given except in deserving cases. The provisional appointment of the candidates will be subject to verification of their Caste and other Certificates related to recruitment through proper channel and if the verification reveals that the certificates are false at any stage, the candidate’s service will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of Indian Penal Code for production of false Certificates. 9.
