FedEx Office Print & Go enables you to easily print directly from your smartphone or USB flash drive to our self-service machines, across our retail network. FedEx Office is the place for your on-the-go printing needs. Doing business is now more convenient than ever before with FedEx Office Print & Go.

Sending from Your Smartphone
Download the App
You can download the app by searching for “HP ePrint” within your smartphone app store. Select “Download” to install. It may be necessary to restart your device after installation.

For files sent from your smartphone:
1. Access the touch screen card reader and select “Print from Mobile Device” option. 2. Enter the retrieval code you received in the email and press OK. 3. Select the file you wish to print and select “Next. ” 4. Accepted file types for self-service printing include: a. Adobe PDF b. Microsoft Word c. Microsoft PowerPoint d. Various image files, including JPEG. 5. For unsupported file types, please see a team member for assistance. 6. Once file(s) have downloaded, choose any desired print options and continue through the remaining screens.

Printing Your Files
Once in the center, go to the self-service area and locate a copier with a touch screen card reader. The card reader is on a stand beside select copiers. To begin, insert your payment card.

For files on your USB flash drive:
1. After inserting your payment card, insert your USB flash drive into the USB port in the front of the touch screen card reader attached to the copier and select “Print from USB. ” 2. Accepted file types for self-service printing include: a. Adobe® PDF b. Microsoft® Word® c. Microsoft® PowerPoint® d. Various image files, including JPEG. 3.
