ORGANIZATION/MANAGEMENT STUDY Type and Nature of the Business The proposed project will be a corporate type of business

organization. The proposed business will engage in refreshment industry which is the Shake for Health or mostly known as fruit shake that offers nutritious, delicious, and attractive shakes. Organizational Structure The proposed project will be supervised and managed by the managers of different department such as the Technical department and finance administrative department who will be in charged for the departmental operations and function of the business. Process Recruitment and Selection     Applicants must submit resume. Applicants must have an interview. If the applicant passed the interview, he or she must submit necessary requirements. If requirements are completed, the applicant is now ready for the orientation and job training.

Training and Seminar Employees are given with good training to become responsible, effective and efficient. Operation manager will be sending for seminars that will enhance managerial skills and acquire more innovative and creative ability. Accountant will be sending also for trainings and seminars if needed to get more innovative skills that will help its efficiency in preparing accounting report. For crews, they will be given proper orientation for their duties and responsibilites. Employee Benefits and Compensation  For Operation Manager Will be compensated four hundred pesos daily above minimum wage based on provincial rateans entitled with complete premium benefits like PAG-IBIG Fund, PhilHealth, and SSS. 

For Accountant Will be compensated three hundred pesos daily still above minimum wage if based in provincial rate and entitled also with complete premium benefits like PAG-IBIG Fund, PhilHealth, and SSS. Service crew (Cashier and Production Staff) Compensated with minimum provincial wage rate and entitled also with complete premium benefits.

Working days and Hours  For Office The office will open Monday to Saturday from eight in the morning up to five in the afternoon. They will have one hour break for lunch alternately scheduled and Sunday will be there rest day except for operation manager and assistant operation manager they will have alternate schedule one will take rest day on Saturday and the other one on Sunday. For the Production The business hours of the Shake for Health Production will be the same with Rules of the Mall which will open from nine in the morning up to eight in the evening. Opening crew will have his duty from nine in the morning to six in the evening including the one break and the closing crew will duty from eleven in the morning to eight in evening and

this will be scheduled alternately. The cashier crew will be always scheduled as closing .The operations manager will alternately scheduled same with the crew.

Business Policies         Employees must wear its complete prescribed uniform Ten minutes before the time they must be in the office or in the booth/production Employees must have break one hour a day Employees are not allowed to eat and use cell phone during the operation except during break time Break must be only taken during slack hours The employees must be on time and must avoid tardiness. Every one minute late will be fined ten pesos per minute to be deducted from their salary AWOL/AWOP will be fined 200 pesos per absent to be deducted also to salary. They must log in the logbook every in and out/break in or break out.
