Managerial JOB Description

Job Purpose (Essential intent of the Job)

Responsible for overall HR Function covering Recruitment, Payroll processing, Performance Management System, Training, Employee engagement, Administration and Statutory compliances • Consolidate approved manpower requirements and flag off deviations from manpower budget. • Coordinate entire recruitment cycle – Sourcing to hiring o Coordinate with sourcing agencies o Source the profiles and schedule interview in consultation with HODs and Head HR. o Coordinate & conduct interviews o Prepare salary comparison statement and issue offer letter. o Maintain/ update recruitment database • Coordinate probation assessment process and issue confirmation letters. • Conduct induction process. • Responsible for release of monthly HR MIS and maintaining employee data base in a manner which ensures data integrity, accuracy and ease of retrieval. • Help in conducting training need analysis, Coordinate training activities and ensure they are conducted as per the training schedule. • Responsible for all Performance Management activities o Coordinate with Reporting Managers/ HODs and ensure timely completion of performance appraisal. o Consolidate performance appraisal data for finalizing increments. o Issue of increment letters and ensure distribution to employees. o Coordinate promotion/ transfers and issue of promotion/ transfer letters. • Ensure that all exit formalities are conducted and issue relieving letter / service certificates. • Help HR head in rolling out of Policies • Conduct Open Houses/ Townhouses • Coordinate with the Vendor on Statutory Compliance • Coordinate activities related to roll out of compensation and benefits strategy for the company • Implement employee engagement yearly program • Deal with issues relating to employee (in) discipline at work place in line with company policies and legal requirements • Supervise administrative support (such as House keeping, security, Telephone (land line and Mobile) till Admin Manager is recruited • Custodian of Org. Charts and JDs covering all levels (updated monthly). • Ensure timely updation & submission of payroll inputs.
