1 PRESENTATION In the globalized world we live in, from the atomic interactions and so many scientific and technological advances, the central idea of representing any situation or thing, by means of a Set of Elements or Objects, is an utopia, especially, when required, Objects are all interrelated, each other, because they create chaos, a Set Diffuse and Complexity, will be present at all times, on the set situation or thing. However, through "THE THEORY OF ASSOCIATIONS", its possible to find the solution, the set situation or thing, since it allows the construction of associative mathematical models, called "TOPOLOGICAL ASSOCIATIONS OF CATEGORY ", for which in the sets of objects, you can: 1. ADDRESSING, the interactions of objects with: Order, Logic and Exactness, and thus, make the activities more convenient and productive actions, being a MATHEMATICAL STRUCTURE. 2. OBSERVE, Articulations and Integrations, the objects in the situation or thing set permanently in the TOPOLOGICAL NETWORK OF CATEGORY, the mathematical model associations. 3. DETECT AND PREVENTION, unexpected or voids, called also: contingency, antinomy, conflict, neglect, failure, error, lapsus, etc. 4. CONTROL AND MONITORING, set objects in situation or thing, LEADERSHIP, QUALITY, PRODUCTIVITY and EXCELLENCE. among others, making all interactions are made in the set situation or thing, thereby avoiding the chaos and that complexity, stop the production process of the Set, to cause damage, economic loss, loss of life, etc.. Thus, I present: "PRINCIPLES OF THE THEORY OF ASSOCIATIONS" document provides basic information, the associative mathematical thinking and that I hope will be of interest, the scientific, technological and social, of Peru. Especially for Educators and Mathematicians, being an unpublished thought, covering the deficiencies of the theory of sets, the nineteenth century, as well as define the Mathematic, that allows to solve a variety of situations or things, created for humanity, in their evolutionary development and do not have a proper mathematical interpretation.

INTRODUCTION

SETS THEORY, which is the basis of mathematical knowledge, has no real acceptance that it deserves in the cognitive areas, created by humans, both scientific and social, that it follows, observing that qualified professionals, in: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Psychology, Management, Linguistics, among others, make their own definitions and mathematical developments, for, answer, the various situations they encounter in their research.

Even though MATHEMATICS SCIENCE has made great progress in the twentieth century, not been able to correct the deficiencies singular set theory, which has more than one hundred years, for, adapt to the current reality (XXI century), which means: 1. Consider, that the elements of the Set, with movement, of various kinds and with this, or INTERRELATIONSHIPS INTERACTIONS between the elements of the Set, how, says Dr. LEVI STRAUSS in his thinking: "INTERACTIONS OF THE ELEMENTS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAT THE SAME ELEMENTS" 2. Estimate the idea Articulate and integrate intelligent mathematical definitions, give: * THE TOPOLOGY * THE CATEGORY * THE ALGEBRAIC STRUCTURES corresponding to different times. And generate a STRUCTURAL ORDER avoiding gaps in the set. These events have caused the disorder and confusion, which is observed in Education by excessive growth of knowledge, affecting the global community, Society and Family in Institutional Organizations in the Language of Communication and Information, .. ., and which led to the COMPLEXITY of Dr. EDGAR MORIN, in his thought: COMPLEXITY, IS TISSUE (COMPLEXUS, which is woven Set) HETEROGENEOUS CONSTITUENTS INSEPARABLY ASSOCIATES, PRESENTING THE PARADOX: FROM ONE AND THE MULTIPLE AND THAT THE WATCH, WITH MORE INTENSITY ON THE COMPLEXITY, IS ACTUALLY THE FABRIC , GIVE: EVENTS, ACTIONS, INTERACTIONS, FEEDBACKS, AND CHANCES DETERMINATIONS THAT ARE OUR PHENOMENAL WORLD. "

Based on "THE THEORY OF ASSOCIATIONS" aimed at solving social problems in EDUCATION, INSTITUTIONS, and the FAMILY due to poor response, the Program: Towards Mathematical Science 2010 is that I prepared a series of Associative Mathematical Thoughts in the following months:

DECEMBER 2010: The Education Accreditation. MAY 2011: Subjectivity. JUNE 2011: The Scientific Family. With the aim, for receiving views and suggestions, associative mathematical thinking, being, and program recipients associative thoughts, the following institutions: MINISTRIES: MINEDU - MINDES. ANR CONCYTEC - CEPLAN - SINEACE-IGP - DEFENSORIA PUBLIC: CONFIEP - SNI - ADEX - CCL - ASBANC DERRAMA - OIE PRIVATE: CONFERENCIA EPISCOPAL ACAD.PER.CIENCIAS ACAD.PER.LENGUADIARIO EL COMERCIO (FMQC) INST.APOYO COLEGIO INGENIEROSCOL.ABOGADOS. UNIVERSITIES: UNI - UNMSM - UNALM - UNFV - UNAC - PUCP - URP - UL - UPUESAN - USIL - UPC UPCH - UIGV - USMP UNIFE - UDP - UMCH-WIENERIPNM. Although it was daunting, not receive opinions and suggestions of the Program: Towards .. Science Mathematics 2010, that allows me to improve associative mathematical thinking, which was my intention, I decided to continue without declaring, to have better arguments, which help to consolidate , associative and mathematical thought was great my surprise to find in 2012, through two publications, among others, the necessary elements, so that the theory of associations, whatever it may solve social problems in a globalized world XXI century.

KNUTH. FUNDAMENTAL ALGORITHMS (1968) The Art of Computer Programming. This, Computer classic book, provided me information about: Trees and Graphos, to conclude that the Trees and Graphos are Mathematic Associations, and the ALGORITHMS, is the description of the interactions that ocurr in the Collection of Associations and in the Association, a situation that does not happen, therefore, is that it has various algorithms, for the same application. In short, the theory of Associations will absorb the Trees Theory and the Theory of Graphos, which will use a more complete knowledge, thus, would involve to use, the smart mathematical definitions: The TOPOLOGY, The CATEGORY and STRUCTURES ALGEBRAIC, situation that, the Tree Theory and the Theory of Graphos, is not possible to make. 2. LUDWING VON BERTALANFFY, PERSPECTIVES ON THE GENERAL THEORY SYSTEMS. Scientific-Philosophical Studies (1975) Posthumous publication of Dr. Bertalanffy, the father of "Systems Theory", a biologist by profession, died in 1972, who, through their thoughts, left an impression encouraging to my daily work, of: think, for the art of thinking, and thus continue the associative mathematical thinking, because, as Dr. Bertalanffy, in thoughts: "THE LOGICAL FUNCTIONS AND THE ALGORITHMIC CHARACTER , OF THE LANGUAGE OF SCIENCE AND THOUGHT, BE IMPOSSIBLE, WITHOUT SYMBOLIC REPRESENTATIONS .

6 we find, that to order and to achieve that, only productive interactions occur, it is necessary to standardize the interactions and this, is possible, through the the symbolic TOPOLOGICAL ASSOCIATIONS OF CATEGORY , where, representation, of a whole formula, given in a line, it might represent an investigation or Project, that requires more than 50 pages, including a TOPOLOGICAL NETWORK OF CATEGORY, that allows to detect and predict, empty and also, control and monitor, Leadership, Quality, Excellence, the Efficiency and Productivity, through the Articulations and Integrations, the Network Topology of Category, presented implicitly.

The publication,

has been developed, through 17 basic questions that anyone realizes, to, understand, what? Why?, What are the basics?, Genesis?, Of the Mathematical Association and Associations Theory, which, have been answered at length, including simple examples. In addition, it has also developed, seven (07) applications, which will allow the reader to understand the theory of the Associations, in real situations, where, has participated or participate, at some point in their life.

Therefore, the publication is presented in four (04) modules: Module A. The Mathematical Association. Module B. Associations Theory. Module C. Applications. 1. The Spanish Language. 2. The Binary Tree or Grapho Binary 3. Institutions and Organizations. 4. The 3rd. Newton's Law. 5. Inorganic Chemistry. 6. Social Inclusion. 7. Seven (07) Mental Activities.
