Production, drawing & designing is prepared & finalized under strict quality inspection by qualified engineers. Under quality commitment, HEPL have installed lacs liters capacity of solar water heaters under brand name "SUNRAY" , which saves thousands of WATTS to help for saving electricity up to 35 to 40% as well as minimize the effects of global warming. MNRE also inspired us by giving approval for ETC solar water heating system, first in the state. As a leading promoter, HEPL became the largest supplier & installer of solar water heating system under GEDA subsidy scheme. HEPL is only the manufacturing unit, which use own power produced from Non conventional energy for production of renewable energy equipments.

Vacuum Tube Solar System - VTS

Compared with most flat plate design, evacuated tubular collector normally has a smaller fraction of total occupied area actually intercepting solar radiation because of the suppression of convectional and the provision of a selective surface, the efficiency value obtained with an evacuated tube collector are significantly higher than those obtained with conventional collector. All-glass evacuated solar collector tubes are the key component of solar collector in water heaters, which consist of two layers of glass. The outer tube is made of extremely strong transparent borosilicate glass that is able to resist impact from hail up to 25mm in diameter. The inner tube is also made of borosilicate glas, but coated with a special selective coating, which features excellent solar heat absorption and minimum heat reflection properties. The air is evacuated from the space between the two glass tubes to from a vacuumed space, which eliminates conductive and convective heat loss. Evacuated solar collector tube could still work efficiently even on cloudy days, because it is able to absorb the energy from infrared rays passed through clouds.

Pressurised Solar Water Heating System

Normally non pressurised systems are working upto 0.8 Kg./cm2. Now a days modern bathrooms are equipped with shower panels which require higher pressure for taking bath. In these cases the systems change to pressurised systems which can work upto 4 to 5 Kg./cm2 genereated by pressure pump. Such types of systems are also useful for commercial and industrial use where number of used points are more.

Flat Plate Collector Solar System - FPC

In any collection device, the principle usually followed is to expose a dark surface to solar radiation, so that the radiation is absorbed. A part of the absorbed radiation is then transferred to a fluid like air or water when no optical concentration is done, the device in which the collection is achieved is called a Flat Plate Collector. The Flat Plate Collector is the most important type of solar collector because it is simple in design, has no moving parts and requires very little maintenance. It can be used for a variety of applications in which temperatures ranging from 40 C to about 100 C are required.

Solar Cooking System

Solar Parabolic Disc Cooker

Spherical parabolic cookers are direct concentrating cookers with a dish-type reflector directing most of the intercepted solar radiation to a point of focus. The cooking vessel is supported at this focus point, thus creating a heating situation very similar to traditional open fire cooking. The concentrators can vary in form shallow to deep dish shapes and they can have a continuous reflecting surface or be made out of concentric rings, which are supported to focus the radiation. Dish-type concentrators require direct sunlight to function and must be frequently orientated towards the sun.

In solar steam generation large size parabolic dish having highly reflective material which can reflect all gained sunrays to a single focal point results into higher temperature upto 150C which is useful for steam generation as well as mass cooking for hostels, hotels, canteens & restaurants. This type of system is useful for industries where high temperature requires. Large quantity of conventional fuel can be saved. These type of devices are having quick feedback period & also government provide subsidies. Now a day solar PV based power plants are familiar for power generation at zero pollution. This type of system having much more life cycle & hence stand along type system it require very lower attention for operation & maintenance. In BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic) system, multi floor buildings are decorated with solar module in such a way that it can get maximum sun light converted into power generation & common lighting of those particular building can switch on. The access power can be supplied to grid also. In domestic wind generator, one can install up to 5KWp size wind generator , which can be used directly or stored in nos. of batteries. This type of system is installed where rated wind speed is higher. Wind generator can remain useful for whole day. Geothermal cooling system is most energy efficient system. This works on the basic principle that the temperature remain constant below the earth through out the year irrespective of the temperature above the ground. The temperature below earth is generally constant around 27C to 20C at the depth of 5 to 20 feet below ground depending up on geographical location and soil condition. These are the fields which are highly used in developed countries. By starting use of these systems we can see real green earth & in real words we can minimize global warming, carbon emission & Green Houses effects to atmosphere.
