INTRODUCTION Lately too much has been said issues related to social problems affecting youth.

Numerous assumptions, arguments, proposals, programs and activities to address the social problems raised. Negative social behavior in the form of social deviance are not necessarily an indication of weakness in cultivating community in a positive development that is based on principles and values of humanity and religion. DEFINITION OF SOCIAL PROBLEM AMONG THE TEENAGERS Generally social problems include a variety of negative behaviors that are not members of the community bring support and profit on the strength and structure of the economic system practiced in a community or country. Legally there is no specific definition for categorizing adolescents. Employment Act, the Child and Young Persons Act 1996 defines a child are those who are in the age range 10 to 14 years. In the Adoption Act 1952, a child is defined as those who are below 21 years. Although this does not explain every act a certain age, generally in discussing the problems of teenagers, teenagers should be directed is under the age of 21 years and most of them are still in school. Therefore, as parents and members of society, we need to perform their duties with planning activities, identify problem children, providing advice, guidance, provide facilities and supervising children at all times. 2. This situation is driven by the lack of attention from parents at home. WAYS TO OVERCOMES THIS PROBLEMS 1. The role of parents is very important in giving serious attention to their children . Parents should pay attention to every movement or the movement of their children. Legal provisions in schools can cause fear among students, in addition to reducing the burden and responsibility of the school and the parents in discipline supervision. 4. CONCLUSION Various measures can be taken and implemented, but what is more important: parents must play a role and responsibility in addressing moral decline among teenagers.
