The Scene Newspaper is a monthly arts and entertainment newspaper
published in fve Wisconsin communities on the frst of each month. Readers
can pick up a copy at more than 1,350 locations with a voluntary single copy
rate of 75¢.
The markets include: Appleton-Fox Cities, Greater Green Bay, Greater
Oshkosh, Greater Fond du Lac, and Central Wisconsin. Advertisers have the
option of choosing as many markets as they want, from one to as many as
fve, depending on the audience they want to reach.
Each publication is editorially unique to each individual market. Editors in
each market work with freelance writers to ensure the content is written for
the area it serves.

Contract
TERMS & CONDITIONS: It is agreed the buyer will pay invoices within the terms stated on the invoice. In the event payment is not made, the buyer also agrees to pay a Finance Charge
of 1.5% per month (16% per annum) until the full balance of the account is paid and to pay all collection costs incurred by the seller in enforcement of the terms and conditions of this
agreement, including court costs, actual reasonable attorney’s fees and collection agency fees. Buyer further agrees that any line of credit desired or approved is not a limitation of liabil-
ity and the undersigned expressly agrees that it will be responsible for valid charges in excess of a line of credit either desired or approved. Return checks will be assessed a $20.00 fee.
