Official Transcript of Records (TOR)

LASALLE 1. Go to the Office of Admissions and Scholarships and present an original or certified true copy of your College Transcript of Records for evaluation (GPA of at least 85%). Note: For non DLSU applicants please submit a certification of your CGPA and the University's grading system. 2. If qualified, you will be issued a referral slip for payment of the College of Law Admissions/Testing fee at the Accounting Office. o For non-DLSU graduates: Php 1,500.00 o For De La Salle District School graduates: Php 1,200.00 o For DLSU graduates: Php 1,000.00 3. Present the official receipt to the Office of Admissions and Scholarships to secure the application kit. 4. Submit the accomplished application form and the required documents to get the testing permit. a. Three (3) identical 2"x2" photographs

UP An applicant seeking to register for the LAE must submit the following to the Office of the College Secretary, 1st Floor, U.P. College of Law, Malcolm Hall, Diliman, Quezon City not later than 15 November 2013 (without fine) or 22 November 2013 (with fine): 1. A duly accomplished REGISTRATION FORM. 2. Proof of payment of TESTING FEE. For early registrants, the testing fee is P1,500.00; for late registrants, P 2,000.00. 3. Proof of graduation or senior standing. For a candidate for graduation of a bachelor’s degree, he or she must submit a CERTIFICATION from the Registrar of the school where the applicant is enrolled that he/she is a candidate for graduation for the current school year together with a certified current/up to date OTR AND GENERAL WEIGHTED AVERAGE and a copy of the CURRICULUM of the course he/she is graduating in. (N.B. For enrollment in the U.P. College of Law, a successful applicant must already be a baccalaureate degree holder.) 4. Three (3) identical passport size recent photos (White Background). 5. A self-addressed stamped envelope. 6. Other requirements as may be imposed by the Admissions Committee.

If TOR is not yet available – Honorable Dismissal or Certificate of Graduation For Graduating Students – Certificate of Candidacy for Graduation

b. Photocopy of Birth Certificate from NSO c. Two (2) letters of recommendation from former undergraduate or graduate professors or employers who could attest to the applicant's qualification for the Law Program d. Updated curriculum vitae/résumé e. Personal Statement containing career objectives (see Personal Statement Guide in the Application kit) f. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the last school attended g. Transcript of records from all institutions of higher learning attended (one certified copy and three photocopies)
