Air pollution is the introduction of chemicals, particulate matter, or biological materials that cause harm or discomfort to humans or other living organisms, or cause damage to the natural environment or built environment, into the atmosphere. Presentador: -gracias. Ahora ¿me pueden decir qué provoca esa contaminación? Javier: -Claro, Leonardo. Pollutants can be classified as primary or secondary. Usually, primary pollutants are directly emitted from a process, such as ash from a volcanic eruption, the carbon monoxide gas from a motor vehicle exhaust or sulfur dioxide released from factories. Secondary pollutants are not emitted directly. Rather, they form in the air when primary pollutants react or interact. An important example of a secondary pollutant is ground level ozone — one of the many secondary pollutants that make up photochemical smog. Some pollutants may be both primary and secondary: that is, they are both emitted directly and formed from other primary pollutants.

An important example of a secondary pollutant is ground level ozone — one of the many secondary pollutants that make up photochemical smog. (The program begins) Hey guys. they are both emitted directly and formed from other primary pollutants. In this occasion we have the presence of two highly recognized Colombian scientists at an international level. or cause damage to the natural environment or built environment. .Air pollution. I’m very pleased to say hello and invite you to see this new scientific program. who will talk about a very know and discussed topic nowadays: The air pollution. now. who can tell me what makes this phenomenon? Javier: Well. into the atmosphere. Pollutants can be classified as primary or secondary. I can tell you . particulate matter. Host -thank you . Usually. they are Angela and Javier Curi. Host: Good afternoon.

again. our advices get resumed in one. We have to be very careful with this kind of people. The key to take care our environment is to RECLYCLE. I would like people give us some recommendations to take care our environment and prevent the air pollution Ángela: -Leo. . leonardo. Forest areas devoid of vegetation.  Do not leave burning stoves pilots and water heaters when they’re not in use. Javier: -that’s true Ángela. our people for their time. Get away from them as posible as we can. So. Can we say that in this place does exist air pollution? Ángela: -Yes. And to prevent the air pollution. Preserve green space in their homes. paper or paperboard for heating or cooking.   Host: -Thank you so much for contributions. but people who smoke . See you next week with more of the scientific show.Host Very Well. to finish our program. And thank you guys.  Use fuels different from the wood. its really weird. retain some of that smoke they inhale and as they breathe they send to the environment. Host: -And now. here this advices:  Encourage the use of public transport and / or non-polluting.
