Room 208 Update – Week of December 2, 2013

Spring Street School
Mrs. Luby’s Class
I hope everyone enjoyed their
Thanksgiving break with family, friends,
food, and relaxation (or shopping!)
We had an awesome time measuring
during our Metric Olympics last week!
Olympic medals were distributed for all
events! Congratulations!
Many children have already begun
during extra chores to raise money for
Josepf’s winter coat and accessories. If
your child is participating, please have
them bring the money in sometime this
week so we can purchase the clothing and
deliver it to the Coats for Kids program.
Thank you again for participating in this
worthwhile endeaver!
Scootpad Math and reading
comprehension activities seem to be
keeping the children engaged and moving
forward with a variety of skills. Please let
me know your thoughts and/or suggestions
on this program.
