Flex:trial uses a unique three-step approach to hearing healthcare and consumer satisfaction: 1. Interested individuals undergo a hearing test. If the testing indicates a good fit for the program, participants go home the very same day* with Flex:trial hearing aids. 2. Participants wear the Flex:trial hearing aids on a trial basis at home and in all of their other familiar environments. There is no upfront cost or obligation during the trial period. 3. At the end of the trial period, participants decide whether they want to continue with the listening experienceor walk away and owe nothing. Other trial programs require consumers to pay for the hearing aids in advance and then go through the process of obtaining a refund if theyre not satisfied, explains Jurgen Moore, owner of Hearing Aid Center of South Jersey.
