With the rapid development in recent years of the use of dispute funding being seen in numerous jurisdictions around the world, this seminar will give you an opportunity to hear from those involved in this growing global industry about how it works, what cases are suitable for funding, and what the legal, contractual and regulatory issues are. Coming on the heels of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators debate on the same subject on November 14, this seminar is expected to attract lawyers and corporate counsel from the Asia Pacific region including China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan and South Asia.
