Sabish's TV Detail Mod::Work In

Skin Installation:
1. Move the "amwyamj290821" folder and its contents to the skins folder of where
YAMJ has been installed to.
2. Either rename "amwyamj290821" to "default" or edit the last line of so that it says amwyamj290821 instead of default. In my
experience, this last line in the tends to change it back
to "default" -- so after changing this line and saving it, I would make the file
READ ONLY. To do this, right click on the file, click Properties, check Read-only,
click Apply, and OK.
3. I would recommend removing all previously generated files ("C:\Program
Files\myiHome\webapps\ROOT\feature\myiHome-moviejukebox" for myiHome users) and
regenerating them. For myiHome users, go to Edit > Preferences > Plugin >
Regenerate to regenerate all the files.
4. Remember to put your overscan values back in before regenerating.
5. If you set YAMJ to download Apple trailers, make sure to only set it to
download 1 trailer. This should save you time and bandwidth. Use this line in the file:
*Remember to use the latest version of YAMJ, found here:
*Remember to put your overscan values back in.

Overscan Tool Installation:

1. Extract the contents.
2. Place all the files on a USB drive or anywhere you can access the index.html
file on the NMT.
3. Run the index.html file on the NMT and follow the on-screen directions to find
the values for your TV.

August 21, 2009 @ 2:28PM EST: Regarding the latest update,

there's a minor glitch in the coding. I accidentally changed the "videoCodec" to
"videoSource". I suppose this will work for some/most of you, but if you want it
the way it was before, change "videoSource" back to "videoCodec" in the detail.xsl
file. It's on line 362 and it's the only instance of "videoSource" in the entire
code. I'll make sure to update this in the next update.

August 21, 2009 Update

So, like I said, only smaller updates will roll out. Since all the major functions
are finished, all that's left are minor tweaks/requests. Like the thread title
says, there are 6, so I'll go through each one.

1) BDAV (Blu-Ray) single and multi-part files are now supported. Thanks to
mhut for pointing it out to me and helping me troubleshoot it.

2) In the Wall view, you can navigate through the filter list. RED scrolls
it left, BLUE scrolls it right. GREEN chooses the alphanumeric filter. YELLOW
chooses the genre filter. TITLE applies whichever filter you have selected. You
can change these buttons in the skin-options.xsl file. See the NMT Wiki for all
the different TVID options.

3) In the default Wall view (by default, the view that shows ALL your
movies), you can configure where the HOME button takes you. See the
custom5150.exitviamenu= option in the file. As you might've
guessed, I borrowed this code from 5150. I wanted to make sure this was
known so I kept the variable name the same.

4) wvn pointed out to me that the number rating was pushed down. This only
happens when you shift the poster a bit too much. I could have either made the
number rating font smaller, or shorted in (7.7 instead of (7.7/10)), or any
combination. I did a bit of testing and it seems just removing the "(" and ")"
might have been enough. So I'll keep it this way until further issues arise.

5) The Wall view now wraps when you navigate it using the right/left
arrows. So when you keep hitting right on the 1st row of thumbnails, it'll
continue on the 2nd row, etc. and vice versa. This works for both 3 rows and the
2-row configuration.

6) The only visual change (pictured below), is the poster overlay in detail
view. You can enable this option in the skin-options.xsl file under
"posteroverlay". It is disabled by default because (1) XBMC Aeon doesn't do it,
and (2) it slows the page a good amount. If you want to put in your own overlay,
change /html/pictures/overlay.png -- it doesn't even have to be the same size as
it will be upscaled, but I would recommend 486x720 so there isn't any weird
stretching/blurrying. Like the disclaimer says, if you enable this option, you
have to make sure all the posters are as large as what's specified under
posters.width and posters.height in the file, or else it will
become tiled.

That's pretty much it for this update. Fairly minor, and you can get it if one of
the above features is important to you.
