Two (2) letters of recommendation are required. One (1) from a Counselor/Principal or Teacher and one (1) from another
source (Example: Athletic Coach, Pastor, or Employer). All letters must be on official school/organization letterhead
with a contact number and signed. Please ensure that all letters of recommendation are submitted in a sealed envelope.
The Letter of Recommendation needs to address the following:
Verify applicants statement of scholastic achievement and public service
Relationship to applicant and length of time knowing and what capacity
Explain the applicants community involvement or scholastic activities
Identify applicants current or past leadership responsibilities
State applicants personal characteristics and accomplishments
