Saddam’s murder was a war crime, but some say his execution was his own fault

as he was a butcher; literally. Saddam may have committed gross human rights
violations as a Sovereign head of state in the past decades and he did crush the
Kurds uprising after the first Gulf War with the Presidents father the first Bush in
the Oval office. For the Iraqi people the worst of all possible worlds has been
realised from the illegal invasion and ongoing occupation by foreign powers as
recorded recently of this War. I am very critical of a form of green-zone inspired
puppet-regime-politics after the illegal hanging of Saddam by Bush, Blair and
Howard. We were still following a cold war foreign policy in much of that world.
The ongoing state of emergency grants him broad powers to lock opponents up
indefinitely. During the cold war the U.S decided they needed this guy on their
side. Otago University Professor Robert Patman claims that Phil Goff told him we
have spent somewhere in the region of over $100 million dollars supporting the
U.S, Britain and Australia, our once traditional wartime Allies. Remembered every
year on Anzac day through an often jingoistic nationalistic fervour designed to
make recent arrivals like political refugee's from War unsure of their place in this
their new country. The U.S indifference of U.N. instructions for peace and the U.S
and Britain vetoes of Security Council resolutions against War. For the Iraqi
people the worst of all possible worlds has been realised from the illegal invasion
and ongoing occupation by foreign powers as recorded recently of this War.
Together with Australia we have sent troops to the Solomon’s and Tonga and
East Timor (Timor Lest) only recently to sure up support for the powers that be in
the pacific region now known as the Asia Pacific (APEC) rim. We are performing
the role of a "deputy sheriff" according to our Australian Muslim friend's and
neighbours like the Grand Mufti of the South Pacific. Our ongoing support for the
other War by the West in Afghanistan and several rotations of troops in their
hundreds now shows that our Nationalism based New Zealand First, United
Future, the Progressive's and Labour led Coalition Government support the
murderous and ongoing slaughter of so-called Insurgent forces in the Middle
East. So in conclusion the war on terror is really just a continuation of the cold
war. North Korea the only true Stalinist state left on earth stands beside her only
real ally China. Meanwhile, in Fiji, some people having been calling the Indians
weeds that must be expelled and rooted out. The so-called threat of Indian
domination numerically and politically seems a distant memory for Fiji after 4
coups. Once the Cold war ended, in the early nineties-or, as I like to say, “once
we kicked the Bolshevik out of those guys”; 9/11, we opted for radical change in
Afghanistan and Iraq., we were still following a cold war foreign policy in much of
that world; it had been re-branded as GWOT or the global war of terror , but they
were still supporting the wrong kind of people like a dictator of some 25 years in
Egypt who locks up the stirring’s in the Muslim brotherhood that became Islamic
jihad and assassinated Sadat in 1981.In today’s world they no longer prop up
dictators like him to halt the spread of communism but rather the threat to secular
Islamism. The ongoing state of emergency grants him broad powers to lock
opponents up indefinitely. During the cold war the U.S decided they needed this

was a war crime, but some say his execution was his own fault as he was a
butcher; literally. Live by the sword, die by the sword. But someone should have
told Bush, Blair and Howard that as well. Duty’s calling from the thin cigar
smoking president on the balcony in Baghdad with General Casey whom he later
replaced. “New-World-Order" started with the new "mission accomplished"
fighter-pilot-draft-dodger May 2003 "victory" only 6 years ago. The new Gulf War
was equally a one-sided slaughter his father started but would not or could not
finish off. The term "War" hardly applies now as it is such an ongoing massacre
of the innocent that has totally devastated and wrecked what is left of normal
everyday society in Iraq. Saddam may have committed gross human rights
violations as a Sovereign head of state in the past decades and he did crush the
Kurds uprising after the first Gulf War with the Presidents father the first Bush in
the Oval office. With Gas he was also free to commit more aggressive war-like
atrocities against Iran with the blessing of the weapons manufacturers in the
West who supplied the arms. However the heavy handed way "the peace" was
controlled with the lies about weapons inspections and the strictly enforced U.N
sanctions has meant that many Iraqis suffer from the dire consequences of

2
malnutrition and hardship caused through poverty in punishment for the ongoing
War.Saddams iron rule of Oligarchy as a Middle Eastern tyrant like in Egypt and
Saudi Arabia may have held Iraq together for a while but Bush was as
responsible as Saddam for the awesome tragedy we witness on the evening
news bulletins at 6pm every night. Even earlier in the evening we are often
witnesses to the bloodshed and carnage and wanton destruction through suicide
bombing and roadside bombs as they are now called by troops in pointlessly
armoured cars and 4 wheel drives blown up beyond recognition. For the Iraqi
people the worst of all possible worlds has been realised from the illegal invasion
and ongoing occupation by foreign powers as recorded recently of this War. I am
very critical of a form of green-zone inspired puppet-regime-politics after the

today’s world they no longer prop up dictators like him to halt the spread of
communism but rather the threat to secular Islamism. At the presidential level it’s
a strongman dictatorship, much like Saddam Hussein, the assassination of
Anwar Sadat lead to former air-force officer who had been his vice-president took
over under a state of emergency. Twenty five years later the state of emergency
was still in place. He ran unopposed in 3 elections, then he finally ran for re-
election under pressure from the $2 billion dollars aid from the U.S (Israel gets
the other $3 billion for F-16’s etc and the rest up to $5 billion for the whole
region). In 2005 in an ostensibly open race against 2 opponents he banned the
main opposition the radical Halmas styled brotherhood and arrested them during
the elections. The police, said to be commonplace brandishing machine guns on
every street corner virtually, beat protesters and jailed journalists and civil-rights
advocates who spoke out too loudly for democratic reforms. In the end he ended

up with a 90% approval in a rigged election. The ongoing state of emergency
grants him broad powers to lock opponents up indefinitely. This is to keep a lid on
Islamic extremists, like the Muslim brotherhood whose members are constantly
being harassed and arrested by the government. During the cold war the U.S
decided they needed this guy on their side. Washington, London and Canberra
should have all been compelled to pursue diplomacy first and force only as a last
resort, as the Twentieth Century was arguably the American or Western Allies
Century, becoming the world’s only dominant economic powers. A lesson our
former ANZUS partners like Australia and America should have learnt by now
however from this conflict is that by getting too close to super-power status on
your own a once vibrant democratic society similar to our own should not have
the right to lock up political refugees from a War they started in razor wire death
camps in the desert’s. Otago University Professor Robert Patman claims that Phil
Goff told him we have spent somewhere in the region of over $100 million dollars
supporting the U.S, Britain and Australia, our once traditional wartime Allies.
Remembered every year on Anzac day through an often jingoistic nationalistic
fervour designed to make recent arrivals like political refugee's from War unsure
of their place in this their new country. This money has been spent on so-called
"reconstruction" efforts in the region where the Taliban blew up the relics of a
once ancient regime. What a waste of money’s The U.N. Security Council
washed its hands of Iraq just like with the economic sanctions and left it to the
U.S. and U.K. to go it alone in violation of the U.N. Charter. The U.S indifference
of U.N. instructions for peace and the U.S and Britain vetoes of Security Council
resolutions against War. For over half a century now America has been pursuing
a "grand imperial strategy" with the aim of staking out the entire globe and this
dream of dominance has almost taken us to the edge of extinction. George W
Bush is intensifying this process as the final frontier of imperial control has led to
a choice between the prerogatives of power and a liveable Earth or planet as
American rulers are now jeopardising the future of the species with a denial of
Climate change. It seems unlikely that we will have another Century dominated
by the U.S and her friends, as it has further mired itself and her allies Britain and
the Aussies in the resource driven conflict for Oil to fuel their greedy Economies.
They reach out to other countries only through the gun turrets of tanks and
helicopters. There is now a discernible sense of global energy shifting away from
"the West" alongside New Zealand’s departure for greener pastures elsewhere,
as we pride ourself on human rights, social welfare and political neutrality in the
War and moreover we all pride ourselves on being anti-nuclear and peaceful.
Australian Muslim critics of our racist government claims nothing could be further
from the truth however. New Zealanders on talkback radio for example with
Lindsay Perigo on Radio Live, and Bruce Russell after midnight on News talk ZB
in particular are, addicted to stories of Anti-Muslim stereotypes and ignorance;
calling them "Islamic-Fascists" for example as true deadbeat rednecks would
only say. This is designed to promote fear of them and promote more racism
against Chinese and Indians fleeing from a military coup and racial dictatorship
next door in Fiji with our support furthermore, NZ’s foreign minister Winston
Peters, the equivalent of Australian Pauline Hanson has been attacking Asians

4
and found a soft spot in the P.M’s heart all his recent political life. Like his
Australian cousins "across the ditch" as we now like to say putting distance
between us and our nearest neighbours, Peters has become the governments
"unofficial" mouthpiece as a minister outside of cabinet collective responsibility
for promoting a new form of ANZUS and other assorted pro American
propaganda and violence in support of the War. Together with Australia we have
sent troops to the Solomon’s and Tonga and East Timor (Timor Leste) only
recently to sure up support for the powers that be in the pacific region now known
as the Asia Pacific (APEC) rim. We have become like Britain is now as a
subordinate in the south pacific taking orders like "yo Blair" did so servile to the
United States and Bush like another sort of deputy sheriff in the Solomon’s and
many hundreds of their police are still causing trouble wherever they go
throughout this troubled region as well. This has caused concern and disruption
for the locally elected politicians in the region defending their own authority and
Sovereignty. The Australians and New Zealanders overseas now say they have
been invited by the King of Tonga to suppress dissent and calls for change but
the peoples movement has been suppressed with our Prime Minister's
assistance in the South Pacific. We are performing the role of a "deputy sheriff"
according to our Australian Muslim friend's and neighbours like the Grand Mufti of
the South Pacific. Our ongoing support for the other War by the West in
Afghanistan and several rotations of troops in their hundreds now shows that our
Nationalism based New Zealand First, United Future, the Progressive's and
Labour led Coalition Government support the murderous and ongoing slaughter.
Of so-called Insurgent forces in the Middle East. We are not neutral in the Wars
at all like we like to think of ourselves as being. Bill Ralston also claims when he
visited Washington himself just recently he was told New Zealand’s efforts
overseas, especially the use of the S.A.S had been much appreciated by the
Bush Administration and the Republican party in general, who had decided to
end the long standing dispute over our newly independent foreign policy. So in
conclusion the war on terror is really just a continuation of the cold war. To put it
in a broader context the U.N. became more obedient to Washington and London
after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the end of the Cold War. Following the
end of the Cold War, the U.S is not totally dominant as some at the international
courts of justice make out. People and nations are not divided into George W
Bush’s good and evil or with us or against us view-point of the world. There is a
bit of both in two competing and complimentary and major ideologies left still in
the modern world, Capitalism and Communism. North Korea the only true
Stalinist state left on earth stands beside her only real ally China. It is not wholly
evil, but the U.S is hardly virtue personified when you take a good hard look at
the track record of 30 interventions worldwide since World War 2.The U.S fares
dismally on this count. The most notable examples are Vietnam and Iraq twice.
But also an unlawful Iran-Contra deal with Oliver North and Reagan in Daniel
Ortega ruling twice in Sandinista Nicaragua. Also Guatemala, Cambodia which
was illegally bombed during the cross border incursions and support of Poll Pot.
Korea, Grenada, and Afghanistan and the symbolic bombing of the Chinese
embassy by Clinton in Bosnia. The U.S enjoys unprecedented freedom doing

5
what comes naturally but that may be coming to a sharp close as Iran and North
Korea go nuclear. Meanwhile, in Fiji, some people having been calling the
Indians weeds that must be expelled and rooted out. In 1970 they were roughly
half the population, but that has fallen quite suddenly to much lower levels as a
percentage of the population since the exodus after the coups. In 2007 census
they had dropped to 37.5% of population projected to fall as low as a quarter in
the next years. The question remains will there be any subsequent coup’s now
they are no longer a threat numbers wise to indigenous Fijians. More concerning
however for us the implications of so many political refugees coming here from
Fiji on such a massive scale. A trickle has turned into a flood, and they reckon
every Fijian Indian with the means to do so will come here probably. It is
anyone’s guess how many are here already, and whether they are equipped
education wise to handle the move from basically a very primitive culture to quite
a sophisticated one. The so-called threat of Indian domination numerically and
politically seems a distant memory for Fiji after 4 coups. The Indian community
however remains ‘hobbled and divided’ and has a very appeasing attitude to their
oppressors. Basically they have become apologists for the dictatorial regime, and
are probably concerned for those they have left behind not wanting to aggravate
the already tense situation any further. Radio Tarana stands out as one
noticeable example interviewing the Commodore frequently on air. They can no
longer condone in all good conscience what is now fast becoming our problem to
deal with also for their sakes. For now, they are out of power.

6
Meanwhile, helicopters earmarked by the Ministry of Defence to help British
troops in Afghanistan will not be able to fly on combat operations because they
are not armour-plated, senior RAF sources have disclosed. Pilots say a failure to
equip the 6 Merlin helicopters-which will go to Helmand province in December-
with proper protection from bullets and rocket-propelled grenades will endanger
the lives of passengers and crew. Sharia, Islam, Muslim’s, Wahhabi and it’s
followers shun alcohol, cigarettes, music and naughty videos like porn on the
internet. This, it is said; in Australia is choosing a violent and austere lifestyle in
direct opposite to the Ocker binge drinking and footy and bar-b-q of the silent
majority set on sport and other trivial weekend so-called leisure distractions.
Then we should get out of Afghanistan today. As a matter of fact, I believe that is
what we should do in New Zealand. None of our military-(in the P.R.T (140) of
which we have yet to have one single casualty a small miracle of sorts), -or any
other Western soldiers; from the Anglo-Saxon fist of the five fingers from the
United States; (600 dead) Great Britain, (204 dead) Canada, (100 dead) Australia
(10 dead) have any business occupying a square metre of the Muslim world. But
there you have it.
