The !!T""#F$% features a transmitter power amplifier, a receiver low-noise amplifier with ypass and a low-loss, single-pole two-throw antenna switch for & '() *#+, connectivity in an integrated, compact -.&x-.&x$.% mm, ".-pin /F, pac0age, ma0ing it ideal for high-data-rate mo ile device applications. *ith its small footprint, high linear output power of up to ". d1m and "2 d1m, at 3.34 and &4 4cc respectively for ".2&5 dynamic 64M using M7!8-(T9$ modulation and 9$ M() andwidth along with "9 d1m and "8 d1m linear power for 35 64M at 3.34 and &4, respectively the !!T""#F$% extends the range of I666 9$-.""a *#+, systems while providing exceptional transmit power at the maximum ""ac high data rate modulation.
