c. Excludes disabled beneficiaries whose monthly benefits have been suspended because they are engaging in substantial gainful activity
during the extended period of eligibility.
d. Includes beneficiaries who did not comply with alcohol or drug abuse treatment programs or who refused vocational rehabilitation services.
