Explain various direct methods of AM demodulation. Discuss about receiver measurements. Compare various modified SSB systems. Draw and explain the block diagram of communication receiver. State the sampling theorem and Nyquist criteria. Explain the modulation and demodulation process in PCM. A single tone modulating signal f(t) = tm cos wmt phase modulates a carrier Ac coswct.
