I worked hard to improve my voice, learning how to sing correctly using vibrato, crescendo, diminuendo, scales, head voice, as well as warm-ups and exercises. I helped run a Drama Club when I was in Sixth Form, I loved teaching new skills, preparing exercises and getting everyone involved and building their confidence like it did mine. I am also a member of the Cinnamon Trust (dog walker to unable owners) Employment My most previous job was Rowlands Pharmacy, my main role was to dispense prescriptions, which is an important part of my job. I enjoyed liaising with the customers, as I have had great experience with the public due to previous jobs and experiences. I worked at Valley Farm Holiday Park for three seasons, working in the Sparky Shop. I loved liaising with both children and adults. I did the party dance with the children. I always wanted to be on that stage and perform them with the teamstars, the manager always complimented me on the way that I danced and occupied the children. I also worked in a sports store, chemist and Peacocks in previous years. Work Experience and Voluntary Experience I enjoy working with children,I worked in a playgroup for work experience, as well as this I also volunteered my time to a readathon for children at the local library. In both of these roles I loved every minute of the experience

Personal Statement

Ever since I can remember, I have always wanted to be on stage, I look at actors and actresses on screen and I am in awe of how well they can be so versatile in their roles. West End has always been a dream of mine, I see shows and wish I was up there, I love how emotions can show through singing, I am thoroughly taken in by the fictional story, and I want that to be me one day. Thankyou for taking the time to read my application, I hope to hear from you soon. Referee Mrs J Galloway C / o Clacton Coastal Academy Pathfields Road Clacton C015 3JL
