These are fully searchable at Google Books—the 21st Century Wonder of the World for book lovers. I added others having a direct bearing upon Character Counts and others until the DVD was full. Among the 275 books linked here and downloaded on the DVD, there are over 114,000 pages, with 39,354 in Freemasonry books alone (3 > 900, 4 > 700, 5 > 600, and 17 > 500), 19,205 pages of theology and architecture, 39,584 on history and philosophy, and 3,839 pages of anti-Mason pages. The numbers of pages do not mean anything in themselves. But since the critics use few resources and so often confound or twist the resources, then it is noteworthy that over 39,000 good pages on Freemasonry have been available for over a century, linked here, and most of the pages have been ignored by the critics for as long. Moreover, the antique books in this collection do not take into consideration the thousands of more recent volumes at Google Books that are still available for searchable review, only not a full reading (because of copyright restrictions). There are hundreds of thousands more around the world. In the 1,047 footnotes (see link below) there are 50,000+ more pages of modern work on Masonry. How much the critics leave behind! The following three lists of 275 books are divided thusly: the first list is in ten categories, the second is alphabetical by author, and the third is alphabetical by title. Within the first list there are ten categories enumerated to facilitate navigation on the DVD or in a folder on one’s computer: 1 (001-050) Freemasonry, 2 (051-069) Theology and Religious History, 3 (070-076) Cathedrals and Architecture, 4 (080-085) Anti-Masonry, 5 (090-102) Washington and American History, 6 (120-130) English and French History, 7 (131-147), Philosophy, 8 (148-149) Character Stories, and for your reading pleasure, 10 (150) Masterpieces of Eloquence in 26 volumes. Though there is some variety in Freemasonry philosophy and history, the value is in the ability to apply it a personal manner. The best authors attest, illustrated throughout them and in my book Character Counts, the sweeping and cohesive consistency is in character counting, Even though a few are a little romantic, like Mason Locke Weems treated Washington with some rhetorical liberty at the founding of the USA, nevertheless, the history and philosophy have been refined. Still, in these 19,000+ antique Masonic pages alone, there is more character counting dialogue than in any other institution on earth not a religion, and they have been available for over a century and are available today to anyone in the world, thanks to Google Books.
