Lofts at Perkins Park Now Officially Open

Luxury 1 & 2 bedrooms apartments in a renovated historic mill

Lowell, MA – September 11th, 2009 – Lofts at Perkins Park, a beautifully renovated

historic mill, announced today that it has officially opened and residents are ready to
move in. The brand new community is composed of the historic McQuade and Hub
mills, and has been transformed into 183 luxury one and two bedroom apartment homes.
Twelve residents moved into the McQuade building today, and each resident was
welcomed with move-in gifts. At least twenty more residents will be moving in over the
next month. With more than thirty-five leases already signed, Lofts at Perkins Park is
quickly leasing both the McQuade and Hub buildings. The Hub building will be coming
on line in early fall and final completion of the project will be late fall.
