Life Lessons: A Debt Free Soul Debt is a brutal thorn that digs itself in ever so deep.

A fearsome foe that sucks the joy out of ones own soul. We walk through life thinking it is a free ride. Always wanting what we cannot have and willing to steal what we believe we deserve. We deceive ourselves with the idea that we can borrow and spend with no end and that somehow debt is our friend. Debt is evil and a wicked idea. Debt is a hole that when we were born we are also buried in. Chained with a spiritual debt that Adam was unable to pay, and now today, we face this same menacing foe. A debt so great that countless have tried and were crushed; buried alive and fallen into eternal punishment for the debt that they owe. There are two kinds of debt that face every person living today. The first is a spiritual debt that each of us were born into and owe from day one of our life; the second kind of debt is borrowing and spending more than we actually have earned and saved to pay for worldly things we want to have. Any kind of debt is wicked. t is evil. The first kind of debt is called a sin debt, because each of us have been born into sin and have a fallen nature that separates us from having a personal relationship with our C!"AT#!, with $#D. This particular debt is one that no amount of money or good works %deeds& can ever pay off. #nly by the shed blood of 'esus Christ can this debt be paid in full. The $ood (ews is that 'esus Christ, the only begotten )on of $#D became sin for us and shed his own precious blood on the cross to pay our sin debt in full, so that we could be saved and set free from sin. 'esus Christ who himself had never sinned became sin for us by stepping out of eternity into time and in the likeness of man %flesh& to save all who will only believe in * +. That *e died on the cross, was buried and rose again to life, so that we could be made free from the bondage of sin and death everlasting. 'ust ask 'esus in your own words to forgive you for your sins and to come into your life and be your savior. That you believe in * + %'esus Christ& only as your ,#!D and )A- #! and that there is no other way to be saved apart from * + %'esus Christ&. Amen. f you have done this then according to T*" W#!D #. $#D, you have been born/again not by the will of the flesh, but by the will of the )pirit and through the precious shed blood of 'esus Christ you have been saved. ohn !:"#$
