TH

EO: On December 20, 2013, at 4:10 pm, Plaintiff Orly Taitz filed her "Emergency Petition for Stay/Preliminary Injunction of Cremation of the Alleged Remains of Deceased Loretta Fuddy." Plaintiff seeks an injunction before what Plaintiff claims is a cremation or burial scheduled for Saturday, December 21, 2013. It is not clear from the moving papers that cremation has not already occurred. Because of Plaintiff's alleged need for a decision before December 21, this court expedites notification of its decision. Because Plaintiff does not establish that she is entitled to injunctive relief, the court denies the Petition. A detailed order will follow. denying 4 Motion for Preliminary Injunction; denying 4 Motion for TRO. (JUDGE SUSAN OKI MOLLWAY)(tbf, )
